Excellent Learning Opportunity. Building your own network.
My biggest downfall in this company was that our Team Manager had just retired so most of the time I had to find my own way around things as other team members werent willing to help. This discouraged me. But it's a great opportunity for someone who wantss to try it. No salary limitations and flexible working hours. You build your own brand.

Good for experience in investment banking
Excellent learning curve in banking and investment banking. Knowing how to deal with customers and managing. Working in a challenging environment that requires great work ethics and self control. In my branch, staff members are kind and friendly very comfortable to work with them. They are professional and some are difficult to work with. The training programs are wonderful and staff end parties. The cons in this company there is not chances of learning new skills and growth in terms of promotions for customer relations consultants. The pros is to be exposed to investments and enhancing your skill with customers

First job opportunity
My typical day at work is filled with assessments and studying for them. I am also cold calling people to introduce a new programme. I have learnt to work hard and to be more open to talking to people. The most challenging part is always having to cold call people and be rejected. It creates anxiety and stress.
Pros: Meeting new people
Cons: Uncertainty over financial stability. Knowing at some point you won’t be getting paid if you do not reach your target, creates a lot of anxiety, stress and fear.

Prestigious company that is highly professional in the manner in which it conducts business.
My current company is a very prestigious company. It is highly professional in the manner in which it conducts business. It puts its clients and employees at the forefront and hold us at high esteem. The best way to describe a normal day is high pressure, productive and target driven. We worked in teams and the culture was very inspirational and motivating. What I have learn most is that if you set a goal you have to achieve it because you owe it to yourself as well. What I enjoyed most is the comradery, the spirit of the team and the type of leadership that came from my manager. The challenges that faced were not different from those faced by companies who were in the same industry and the country at large. The lose of jobs from various sectors influenced the amount of good business we could write because it affected our client's disposable income and ability to consume our product.

Greater earnings potential
On time at work, not feeling sleepy and working on my given task with some assistance from co-workers along with some jokes. My efficiency and focus at my given task provides excellent results. Most challenging is asking people to register giving their personal information

Enormous growth in business industry and and building a good relationship with the customers
Poor support by the company. Very good income when you work harder. Opportunities for growth. Poor management of the company. Company doesn’t have enough resources for the staff. No support at all by the company during cover-19. The company is more customers than employees. Nothing there to motivate the employees. Pretending management of the company.

Pushes one out of the comfort zone but also can be difficult
Salary scale is very low and the targets set do not payout as much as they should . The working hours could be adjusted according to banking standards
Pros: Company is very big and secure, you don’t have to stress about retrenchments
Cons: Long working hours, salary is below market value
