Hard working and multitasking

I love my work but I want to improve my self with different experience, I work well with my team we communicate well and we respect each other. I like to work with finances (cashier) I have learnt that good customer services is the best.

Manager and computer

Working at pep is exciting thing because working with customers is the the best thing to me,actual advertising or selling the product to the people has made me to love my job .communication between us workers is good because we respect one another and we face whatever challenge comes in our way as a team.....working at pep I learn many thing like how to do presentation, sales department and understand peopls need.I enjoy helping customers, advertise promotion because people love discounts,I enjoy opening saving cards for customers ,tell them how to save their money and oi enjoy to see customers happy.....being a casual make me not to love my job anymore because I have to go worker only 7 days per month and that make my standard of living hell .the most challenge aspects at work is less working hours.

Good learning experience

This was a good platform for learning and training experiences. I be gained alot of experience with how to handle difficult customers and plan promotions and developing my interpersonal dynamic relationships with my calleuges and customers.im aware of how to maintain my KPI and not overspent.My day at work begins 20 min earlier then the staff so I go inside prepare the morning talk . Check everything is fine also when the staff arrives we have the morning talk and plan what to do for thst day .here I will take into consideration what strategies the staff May have for the day.Then we open and start the day.i will do regular follow ups doing the day .My most challenging part is if rude customers come then I have to be careful how to handle them

Bad Management and unfair practice from leaders Lack of proper training Excellent Culture and Peer relationships Flexi Hours Admin extremely large part of buying role, more than actual product related work Expectations not clearly identified Very flat structure, low chance of promotion Personal feelings about an employee takes precedence over actual performance at beginning 6 months probation period very strategically in place No restraint of trade Fair remuneration Good peer relationships Passionate employees and MD

Dealing with customers telephonically and personally, handling cash and doing administration.

I have realised that retail is not my passion and I would love being part of an admin team. It became very unpleasant because of robberies and being threatened. My colleagues we have a reasonable understanding sometimes we disagree about certain things we are unhappy about. The manager showed me how to receive stock, price letters and what to do with damaged goods. The things I enjoyed most was when we have coffee in the mornings and talk about silly things rather then work.The most challenging part is when customers make a lier out of you.

Cons: Working every weekend and public holidays and unpaid leave

Execellent Learning

Working at PEP is actually fun as you get to meet alot with costomers both the friendly and unfriendly ones,the relationship with Co workers is Execellent,I have Learnt A lot from working at PEP ,it has enhanced my Skills boh Communication and otherwise,what i enjoy mot is the Interation with Customers while carrying out my Duties as Sales Agent,There is actually no Challenging Aspect as Sales s what am good at and enjoy doing.
