Very busy work day, phone calls every minute Co-workers and me gad a great understanding I learnt to always speak up when somethingbis bothering and i cant find a solution. Excellent learning experience and great work place
Working at the company is a great experience. Seeing and working for different customers is a pleasure. Have a great relationship with co workers and have learnt patience, communication skills and financial knowledge and skills. I enjoy working with people and love the working environment. Challenges are not many, just issues with trust and honesty. Enjoy knowing that I'm a financially capable working mother.

Excellent in coching and suporting behaviour
i have learnt a lot in this company all mamngement skills and admin skills i got it there at pep and all the training i have attended which helped me to be a better store mananger, mostly being selected among all candidates to enoroll with Unisa and do Retail manangement. i enjoyed the culture that the company has especially im my store we had fun when doing promotions the dress up codes made oir customers happy and sales could fly as they come to look at how we loking and end up shoping more.

On the previous posts I have been always receiving excellent feedback from my employers,
I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the customer services, make an appropriate candidate for the advertised position. As you can see in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a sales and cashier with the PEP for more 13 months. Since, my responsibilities and duties were quite similar to those required in the advert of your organization, I strongly believe I can perform well all the delegated duties and tasks.

Excellent learning environment
Great company to start at and learn and develop as an individual in your own learning and personality. Good if you are not ambitious in terms of career advancement and you are content or feel settled and satisfied in low management. Great for learning all aspects of the business because your store becomes your own baby and it's success rests on you as a store manager so you learn entrepreneur skills. Good bonus system, if u work towards achieving sales you reap the rewards with the bonuses your receive based on your sales performance.
Pros: Diverse environment, you become a multi tasker, quick thinker and basically an all rounder
Cons: Growth and development in your career depends on so many factors other than your work performance

Nice wholesaler .always need an clean.
iv learned a lot on kings retailers .and i missed working there but my contract say 4years and i did.our owner and the manager were on fire. they loved our job n have nice hart bcz since iv worked there we were always happy n gave us instruction without shouting.
Pros: great opportunity of working as a cashier because i learned a lot that i was not sure that one day i be a creat cashier.
Cons: always on time,have a 1hour lunch.l
