Good communication

I was working as a cashier also doing general duties. We had a well groomed experience it also made my ability to grow my time management .we were very ambitious and cooperative the experience was very good with my colleagues we learned a lot from one another with different views also exchanging ideas the experience was good. This me management was good. We managed to work as a team

Am a fast learner easily motivated, punctual and enthusiastic, good plan, organising.

I I am young diligent person who is well spoken and well presented.tbe education that I have acquire enable me to be in good communication also problem solving skill and able to work under pressure,cope with a large work load with team even alone as well.

Learnt more experience at Pep

It's a great company,anyone who wish to work for, people like shopping there, people always treated with dignity and respect,love working there bt i'm looking out for other experience

Space for growth

Typical day at work--not always fair but never a dull moment, filled with challenges but very rewarding (a simple thank you from a customer) One thing I could not master was to tell a customer that their card has declined between there were not enough funds I have learned that no matter how difficult situation may seem or be, there is always a solution to the problem and that kindness goes a long way Relationship with my co-workers was OK, was teased a lot by them in the beginning but I learned to just ignore them and focus more on my duties, best decision ever it got me my promotion Though I was kept on the till most out of spite I ended up loving it, I had the most encounters with customers and became very fast on the till

I really love to work everyday and not so long hours

At my previous job , i worked as cashier bt mostly i was doing general work.my boss was strict , ego driven, fair person n always driving his employers to hard work.my co workers were like family to me , so always encouraging each other while working as team. I learnt so many things in my previous job like working hard , making each day productive. I enjoyed mostly giving customer a great and remarkable service. I used to have problem when comes to bad attitudes gaven by customer but i over came that challenge ,currently i can handle every attitudes of different people

Pros: working very hard to bring big difference and keep the well standard of the company

Excellent Culture

Bad Management and unfair practice from leaders Lack of proper training Excellent Culture and Peer relationships Flexi Hours Admin extremely large part of buying role, more than actual product related work Expectations not clearly identified Very flat structure, low chance of promotion Personal feelings about an employee takes precedence over actual performance at beginning 6 months probation period very strategically in place No restraint of trade Fair remuneration Good peer relationships Passionate employees and MD

Sikhulakunye culture

There are three people who are working on a daily basis, we have a good working environment with amazing people, we have a very good relationship and we're more like family. I have learnt that it's important to work as a team because it makes it easier for us to work together. I enjoy interacting with customers and assisting them. The most challenging aspect is misunderstanding a customer or dealing with customers because it may lead to customer complaints

Good learning

I have a great opputinity. And a good experience is a small retail a good in being with young ones and able to work under pressure ... You get an experience of how to handle rude customer.. And how to have a good customer service within and able to do team work

I have learned what I can.

I have learned what I can . I'm looking to grow in my studies field Chemical engineering. Co worker are good and work is tiring especially on 3rd to the 10th of each month
