Great opportunity for growth

Its an exviting company with an amazing culture where you never walk alone. Its a learimg curve becauae you get to meet and assist a huge number of people day in amd day out. I learn a lot from my team amd we have become one inbreakable chain. I have learnt to be patient with every person that i come across because not everyone thinks like me. We have different strength and weaknesses but a day at work is one that i wouldnt trade for anything. We have fun but we know how to work hard and smart. Customers are the center of my productivity. Helping the customers and changing their mood for me is an achievement

I am a competent young woman who is dedicated and ambitious

It's good and treat people with respect.the problem is the income rather the hours they give us.they are nt enough a person should atleast work 8 hours aday.ecompany hires anyone and people opportunities so its a good thing.

Good learning experience

This was a good platform for learning and training experiences. I be gained alot of experience with how to handle difficult customers and plan promotions and developing my interpersonal dynamic relationships with my calleuges and customers.im aware of how to maintain my KPI and not overspent.My day at work begins 20 min earlier then the staff so I go inside prepare the morning talk . Check everything is fine also when the staff arrives we have the morning talk and plan what to do for thst day .here I will take into consideration what strategies the staff May have for the day.Then we open and start the day.i will do regular follow ups doing the day .My most challenging part is if rude customers come then I have to be careful how to handle them

Pros: I love direct dealing with people
Cons: There is no overtime

Space for growth

Typical day at work--not always fair but never a dull moment, filled with challenges but very rewarding (a simple thank you from a customer) One thing I could not master was to tell a customer that their card has declined between there were not enough funds I have learned that no matter how difficult situation may seem or be, there is always a solution to the problem and that kindness goes a long way Relationship with my co-workers was OK, was teased a lot by them in the beginning but I learned to just ignore them and focus more on my duties, best decision ever it got me my promotion Though I was kept on the till most out of spite I ended up loving it, I had the most encounters with customers and became very fast on the till

Bad Management and unfair practice from leaders Lack of proper training Excellent Culture and Peer relationships Flexi Hours Admin extremely large part of buying role, more than actual product related work Expectations not clearly identified Very flat structure, low chance of promotion Personal feelings about an employee takes precedence over actual performance at beginning 6 months probation period very strategically in place No restraint of trade Fair remuneration Good peer relationships Passionate employees and MD

Sikhulakunye culture

There are three people who are working on a daily basis, we have a good working environment with amazing people, we have a very good relationship and we're more like family. I have learnt that it's important to work as a team because it makes it easier for us to work together. I enjoy interacting with customers and assisting them. The most challenging aspect is misunderstanding a customer or dealing with customers because it may lead to customer complaints

Good learning

I have a great opputinity. And a good experience is a small retail a good in being with young ones and able to work under pressure ... You get an experience of how to handle rude customer.. And how to have a good customer service within and able to do team work

I have learned what I can . I'm looking to grow in my studies field Chemical engineering. Co worker are good and work is tiring especially on 3rd to the 10th of each month

A company with a great culture

Verymy store is in a mall so the trading hours are long. The other managers are great to get along with. Although I've been in retail operations for a long time, I'd like to move to admin.

Excellent experience

I was an acting Manager and always goven a Chance to Relieve as a Manager.Daily Job was Customer Service ,Receiving Stock ,Mantain the Store Standard ,Administrator Deal with employees for disipline,Increase Sales minimise Stock loss Deal with Calls and Emails From Central Office also do daily Planning
