Relationship with my co workers its amazing,working for Pep its good and they gave any opportunity to be second in charge I have a certificate for it and I have leant customer service and always treat customers with dignity and respect and the most challenging expect about my work its stock loss

Poor learning curve
There was too much work,I was working as a cashier but if its not busy.I would be packing the shelf or be at storeroom packing there.The staff was very friendly.I have learnt to multi task and have gained communication skills.I really enjoyed working at a till.

Hard work pays.Nothing in life comes easy.Always respect the next person for you to be respected.
I am working as an assistant manager at pep store vaalwater and also working as an sale assistant.Being part of pep family is really good and nice because we live the sikhula kunye culture,the dynamos respect each other and they work together as one strong team. We live the values of honesty, passion and resourcefulness. The most challenge we face is during month end whereby the store is too busy the all day but because we work together as a team we overcome the challenge.

Excellent experience
I was an acting Manager and always goven a Chance to Relieve as a Manager.Daily Job was Customer Service ,Receiving Stock ,Mantain the Store Standard ,Administrator Deal with employees for disipline,Increase Sales minimise Stock loss Deal with Calls and Emails From Central Office also do daily Planning

The best experience ever
My typical work day, making sure I give a good customer service, selling cellphones, airtime etc.. to them Working at Pep it's like a best thing that happened to my life, because there are lot of things that I have learned from the company especially from the customers, how to deal with customers and their complaints, even though some times they are challenges that I am facing but I am glad that I know how to deal with those challenges The most thing that I enjoyed working at the company is working with my co-worker, because we are able to make hard things happen which make things easier

Good experience on customer service n cashier merchandising
Its nice working at pep because we work as a team n i have learn a lot on how to treat customers,merchandising,on how to reach target, customer service,cashier as well an on how to prevent stock loss,and also on how to deal with a difficulty customer

Deadline focused environment
Pep has a very challenging environment. You need to be focused on what you do , and you need to learn work related things very quickly. Interpersonal skills are very important, and one needs to apply them when dealing with people. I've learnt to be patient at work , and not take things too personal when dealing with people . I've also learnt time management skills , and also meeting deadlines.
