Every typical work day for me is with long hours Nagging of staff Manager that works on her own time Every day at pep is a super long day I don't feel like I can prosper that way
Pros: Very big company
Cons: Retail hours money is not enough

Am a fast learner easily motivated, punctual and enthusiastic, good plan, organising.
I I am young diligent person who is well spoken and well presented.tbe education that I have acquire enable me to be in good communication also problem solving skill and able to work under pressure,cope with a large work load with team even alone as well.

Great working environment
Good company to work for and the staff was great to work with and also the team work was great. I would still go back if I get the opportunity to work with them again.

Great learning curve
Great learning curve. What I like about this job is that you get an opportunity to learn a lot about business, get an exposure and grow within the company

Few opportunity
I i will not say i received the things i was expecting the environment is fine but has a lot of pressure with less benefits and the is no stably salary as we used to be payed by the hours we worked

Space for growth
Typical day at work--not always fair but never a dull moment, filled with challenges but very rewarding (a simple thank you from a customer) One thing I could not master was to tell a customer that their card has declined between there were not enough funds I have learned that no matter how difficult situation may seem or be, there is always a solution to the problem and that kindness goes a long way Relationship with my co-workers was OK, was teased a lot by them in the beginning but I learned to just ignore them and focus more on my duties, best decision ever it got me my promotion Though I was kept on the till most out of spite I ended up loving it, I had the most encounters with customers and became very fast on the till

Good communication
Its a copmany that help me keep living although it not easy but i try to live the life that i live. It helps with different types of skills not just helping customers but even how to live and save for my life. It help me understand how to work with different kinds of people and give me the strategy to become a team member in a teamwork.

There are three people who are working on a daily basis, we have a good working environment with amazing people, we have a very good relationship and we're more like family. I have learnt that it's important to work as a team because it makes it easier for us to work together. I enjoy interacting with customers and assisting them. The most challenging aspect is misunderstanding a customer or dealing with customers because it may lead to customer complaints

Good listening and farst leaner
My name is dakalo.I was working at pep and pep cell from 2010 to 2016.I was singn of as a 2ic( supervise) in 2012 I relive the store during manager upset. I improve a lot becous I learn how to trit customers with dignity and respect. I work very smart to rich our monthly and yearly target. I like to take my opotunitiy to another level.

Good experience on customer service n cashier merchandising
Its nice working at pep because we work as a team n i have learn a lot on how to treat customers,merchandising,on how to reach target, customer service,cashier as well an on how to prevent stock loss,and also on how to deal with a difficulty customer
