In all i do i have learnt to be resoucefull ti produce effective and efficient rsults. All can be done through team work and learnig fron each other. Given the opportunity i will love to work on projects which will impliment designs which will give back to the economy. l would be pleased to learn more in the mechanical techinical engineering. I would like to impliment projects which will reach out to the less privillage children

Good learning curve

I have learn to work individual and as a team,to treat costomers like kings and make them feel at home and welcome. Communication well with people in their different levels. The importance of morning talks. Handling difficult customer and make them feel happy I never leave my job unfinished

Fast learner able to work under pressure

I'm passionate, honest and resourcefulness with my work. My first priority is to ensure that customers accomplish their needs and are happy. I'm responsible and accountable for my actions. My weakness is that I hate conflicts and I always try agreeing to disagree, my strength is that I can easily fit I different environment and flexible.

I worked well with different cultures in provinces and now in Western Cape

- we plan the day with my seniors we delegate and do follow ups - give feedback daily to all staff and also ask feedback from them,this helps us to have a common ground - I enjoy seeing things coming together as planned even if we hador have challenges on a particular task or job - whats challenging is engaging the team member who is not pulling their socks

Honesty,passion,resourcefulness

Analyzing problems, communication with people,creativity, patience,respectfulness, Egotistical people that's what I don't like.Becourse when u work with people u have to loyal,ambitious.So this job will make changes to me I will be able to support my kids am a single mother breadwinner. I have disabled mother thank u.

The best thing about retail is working with people customers helping them keeping them happy also working together with all staff as a team n getting the job done the fast and efficient working with customers keeping them happy learning every day that working as a team is the best everyday is challenging cause there's a lot to learn from our different clientele but for all this to happen u hve to enjoy ur work

Excellent

I enjoyed working with my co-workers and being around customers. The typical work day was full of fun and excitement. Fridays were the best, we would have sales which made customers very happy and wanting to come everyday to buy and being close to us.

Encourages advancement

I am a previous employee. Worked here 4 years ago as a high school leaver and the salary was good for someone with no responsibilities. The manager was friendly and motivating. You are encouraged if you have just finished matric to be goal driven, have a vision of being in a better position. Culture is great and division of responsibilies is assisting. Working hours are normal for those of a retail as staff knocked out at 7pm after stock counting and balancing of payment and accounting books. Challenge was the fact that Pep has a large number of daily customers which affected our lunch time. Nothing much really. It was just a normal operation of a retail store.
