Eager to learn new thing love challenges

The best thing about retail is working with people customers helping them keeping them happy also working together with all staff as a team n getting the job done the fast and efficient working with customers keeping them happy learning every day that working as a team is the best everyday is challenging cause there's a lot to learn from our different clientele but for all this to happen u hve to enjoy ur work

Excellent

I enjoyed working with my co-workers and being around customers. The typical work day was full of fun and excitement. Fridays were the best, we would have sales which made customers very happy and wanting to come everyday to buy and being close to us.

Encourages advancement

I am a previous employee. Worked here 4 years ago as a high school leaver and the salary was good for someone with no responsibilities. The manager was friendly and motivating. You are encouraged if you have just finished matric to be goal driven, have a vision of being in a better position. Culture is great and division of responsibilies is assisting. Working hours are normal for those of a retail as staff knocked out at 7pm after stock counting and balancing of payment and accounting books. Challenge was the fact that Pep has a large number of daily customers which affected our lunch time. Nothing much really. It was just a normal operation of a retail store.

Good working place

It is very nice working at pep and the colleagues are so friendly and funny and I've learned a lot about customer service I also enjoy being a cashier and the challenges are shorts and overs

I have met people who became my family not only colleagues,I made friends in order to make working environment a happiest place,the most challenge I came across is going late after work more especial in winter!

I learn a lot from that company , would like to go extra mile iam learning new things everydae.

do all cashier jobs open accounts do lybeys, do all payments for the customers such as pay@ &flight payment, mukuru, multi choice, tv licence&insurance.assist customers with loans . receiving the phones register on our system capture them, receive the boxes capture in our system unpack them , merchandise them make sure everything is packed &hanged correctly bt sizes.assist the customer by giving them the best service so that they can come back to our shop , our shop look neat all the time.assist with stocktake do all administration work that is needed.

Hardworking person. Easly to approach by co workers. Giving people idea.willing to work long hours if they ask.good listing skill .im a team player.want to learn to put the company to the world class. Energetic. Build long and good relationship to the customers and staff.i enjoy to be next to the customers .time management is the key of my life.handling cash and stock is the one important to me. Every culture of the company i adopt fast.
