I gain more experience in sales.

I work 8 hours and overtime bcz it was so busy andi enjoy to work with people who have a nice characters and learn more thing which how to make a profit and how to deal with customers.most challenges its the customers bcz the .some have positive attitude bt I will manage to deal with those customers.

Excellent learning curve

Working with a great small bunch of people that are friendly enough to assistant anyone coming to the store. Enjoying the teamwork we have and communication towards each other. I have learned the teamwork and customer service skills and how to communicate with my coworkers and customers in a very friendly way.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth

I made a huge success of beeing a well trained assistant.

I gained lot of expirience , the workers are so friendly. Our managers as well are very fit for their jobs to guide us. Acquiting 2 certificate of excellence for the pepgrow perfomance in 2 different years was a very learning curve for me.

Pros: The more u do your job well,the more we get promoted.
Cons: Keeping open for long hours is the priviledge to our customers.

Good working experience with colleagues

A regular day work is quite intense but has break time excluding tea-time. The intensity of the work is on pay days where there are too many customers. Nonetheless, the work is done fully and I become content that it is done on time as required. The relationship with co-workers is very friendly at all times because each an every one of us is doing their duties as expected with commitment, little time is spent socializing. What I learned importantly from working at Pep Stores is that consistency yields good result. For example, one of my co-worker is permanent and it took her 5 years before she could be appointed a permanent position. I learned how management works and how to always get things done. I enjoyed seeing young children with their parents when they came by the store. It is such a lovely moment one could ever experience with their little ones at the store. The challenging part of my job was that of working at different Pep stores at which I sometime struggle to afford transport.

I'm a creative person

I'm a energetic person also love to come up with New ideas in the group and I love working as a group because it helps me to learn more.i come at work on time I don't come late or sometimes give my self a leave I don't do that because I respect my job and my manager because if it wasn't him I would be not working but because if his or her mercy I'm working .most challenging thing in the company is when u have to work even if it's holiday but my self I don't have problem with working on holiday as long as I'm going to be paid it's fine.

Pros: If there is an opportunity to get promotion I will use that
Cons: L'll be happy to work 8 hours in this company

Excellent customer service

Work has it challenges but I manage them as it's part of my job description I have good relationship with my colleagues, we understand each other, but if they do something not fulfilling with the job, I have to be strict with them as their leader Customers or clients comes first I enjoy meeting up with new people with their ethnicity The difficult customers and doesn't understand the aspects of the job, that's challenging for everyone who works with customers/clients.

Considerable experience

My background includes serving as a customer service associate in retail environments. I worked on the customer service providing assistant to customers in making sales, working as a cashier and creating good customer relation. I would like to serve your company to any job available that would match my field of study. In the table I bring my National Higher Certificate in Accountancy which includes computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Pros: Culture that is promoted by company teaches us to respect and build a great customer service
Cons: Target driven even in quiet days

Exellent and reach dairly targets

We work well.it is a big store with 9 permanant and 9 casuals. What i like about this job, is that you learn more things everyday at a short space of time. I am greatful to be part of the team. The sad part sometimes is that we take time to be at work since well we are scheduled and we are many, so sometimes it happens that in a week you can be at work only once, and with that i feel like i am missing some of the opportunities to learn about certain things at work.

Pros: Very slim
Cons: 8 hours per day or 6 hours per day
