Excellent learning

making plugs,DB,switch and lights Disconnect and Connect motors Fault finding Isolation Maintain motors Maintain Accuators I learn much its worse on isolation,how to describe your board and which train are you going to work on to make sure you isolate a right board .the enjoyable part when we disconnect big motors from the plant

Itit is a good environment to work in, the relationship with coworkers is very friendly, I have learnt a lot working in the organizinizationthe culture within the company is very good and welcoming enjoyed it the most

Learn something new everyday.

It is very challenging. Interact with workers and coordinate training in and outside for employees development. Learning a new lesson everyday. Training process controllers on site and assessing and promoting them is very interesting job. Monitoring and coaching their Personal development .

Pros: I get promotion due to my performance.
Cons: I'm am able to work long hours

Excellent curve

It prove comprehensive knowledge, skills and attitude. Being exposed to such a big company like Petroleum Oil and Gas known as PetroSA is such good experience, working with qualified Artisans, Professional Technician and engineers. I enjoyed working there is such a good work place to work to

Advance learning

I work hydraulics and pneumatics, repair pumps, install bearings, install v belts, maintain compressors, maintain gear box, attend breakdown, do standby, I work as team player co operate with my teammates. I enjoy to work on pumps and hydraulics including gear box. my most challenges is on hydraulics but I make shore I am winner when I m doing my job. I also do monthly routines and inspection of plant. all the information , I wrote here is highly truth. should you fin my application please recommend me as first priority.

Pros: i would like great oppotunity to grow.

Excellent learning curve

Working at PetroSA it is a great exposure and learning curve to start building one engineering career.It has mostly everything equipment and machinery, it is highly fast and precise engineering company that have all the branches to learn and contribute your skills .As such it mostly an eco friendly and with a warmly people that respect each other regardless.I have enjoyed every on the organization.

Very committed and reliable, easy to learn

Preventative Maintenance Routines. Welding, Milling and Turning. Pneumatics and Hydraulics. Gearboxes. Water Systems and Cooling towers. Basic Electrical Experience. Bearing and Shaft Changing. Fault Finding and Diagnosis. Lubrication.

There is never a dull moment for a highly Unionized SOE, exposure prepares you for greater things

PetroSA is very strong on politics but my interpersonal skills have improved. The nature of my work requires high level of emotional intelligence and understanding of legislation. There is always challenges when you introduce something new to the organization change management become critical skill that one must possess in order to be successful

Pros: Being exposed to different legislations (MHSA, OHSA, Liberian) is quite interesting and trying to align and marry them in ordr to come with one procedure/policy has been cghallanging but interesing at the same time
Cons: working offshore and be without a cellphone for 1 - 2 weeks.
