I am a team player... Communication is my strong point I love my jobs... Plan and discuss and share ideas with you team Young and full of energy. PetroSA is a very nice place to work... Specially money wise... The way their safety prosercure is in place... you cant start any job if you dont do what their say... And their training and standard sre very high...

Recruitment experience

I started as a graduate in training in 2013 at PetroSA and I have been specialising in recruitment since then. I have knowledge of the whole recruitment procedure, from placing the adverts, shortlisting and interviewing candidates and placing them.

Pros: Work and life balance
Cons: No perks or opportunity for promotion

Rigger foremen or Rigger

My Job And Family. I’ve use it as a opportunity to grow myself. I always listen & do not entertain criticism.Always question the team before a task. I must listen &consider inputs.To stay the best & to contribute to the company growth & ensure zero incidents.Many times but if I follow procedures I get there I’m a lifelong leaner. Exposure to oil & gas related industry

I was privileged to work for such a big company in south africa,getting an exposure in oil & gas industry gave me a different mind set of working with engineers in such a busy environment. It kept me on toes and job flowing daily.

Security Contract Manager

A normal working day will includes inspection of parades, sometimes. Meetings with the client on a daily basis, feedback as to the previous day's/weekend's shortfalls by contract security to both the client and Senior Management. Meeting with co-workers. My relationship is good, firm and open, honest. Taking discipline without any fear and of favour of an employee.

Pros: Close to home. Many benefits
Cons: Short term contract
