Good in hiring

Less opportunities for promotion. Less salary but lot of work, free transport . Seasonal job especially during holidays. friendly supervision sometimes free food during tea time. Learning opportunities is there's upgraded taller machine

Am a hard worker and fast leaner

It's very interesting to work at my company and what I have learned is to not take your co-workers for granted hear their concerns what their views my relationship with was fantastic the most thing I enjoy is my work.the most challenging line was to makes sales and bit the daily budget

Learning curve

everyday its a new day for me because i work with different kinds of people and as a service provider i have to meet their needs so that we can retain their support, i can say its not an easy task to do but with the help of my colleuqes and management we archive 80 percent of our goals by working as a team. what i enjoy most at work is to interact with customers.

Good communication

Its a good because we work buy people we have to be patient and make sure that customers always right .i learn how 2 listen to other people and focus on my job olways enjoy my job nd have some trip with other employees

I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)

I have experienced that working with person is very nice, that I always have to be friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. Customer service is a very important thing if you working with clients in order to let the industry grow

Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself

Good learning experience

Best retail experience strong customer service providing. Very lower wages to keep the employees. You must know rightful people to get promotion. There is still nepotism going on within the company. Not always rightful people for the rightful position. Thats why i looking foward to find another fair company with better salary offer.

Excellent learning Curve

I joined the company in 2006 and before that I was a training manager at Barberton Pick n' pay. When I joined I didn't know much about running a business, I knew I had it in me but putting it to practise is worth a lot. I can confidently say between working in Barberton and Hazyview thought me all I needed to know about the trade. This two companies made me what I'm today.

Pros: Excellent working conditions
Cons: No benefits.
