It is a good environment to work under with lots of challenges ,my experiences with staff was great we had an understanding. I loved being on the shop floor trading ,wht i didn't like is the red tape from my company decision makers

Nice working enviroment
Working and supervising staff that understands me and not always complaining when are delegated to perform some duties and having good relationship with them and my superriors,knowing what is required from me to perform my duties and also acknowledged of my input by the management.

Cons: Nice hours except working some Saturdays

Learning curve
Below is my profile and the attachment is my CV for your perusal and sincerely hope that is creates enough to warrant a meeting. I’m looking forward to hearing from you. I have worked for Pick n Pay Hyde Park in 2004 as a cashier, where I learned to operate a till, amongst other things I learned customer service and was a reliving supervisor for the front line department. In June 2008 I moved to our Support Office in Kensington where I worked as an Admin Clerk for 3 years. Then I was promoted to a Validation Clerk (accounts department) in December 2012 to date.

Good communication with customers
I have learned how to treat a customer in a good way, how to make customers happy. I have also learned some wisdom word from my colleagues and i enjoyed working as a team.

Good learning curve
Great experience and good learning curve, good relationship with workers. I learned excellent customer service. Serving customers from various cultures. The most challenging aspects of my job when is month end, I deal with more customers and everyone wants answers from me at the same time I serve, others complains and I have to be professional even though they become more harsh to me

Good working conditions
It's a very neat environment people are always friendly willing to help at any given time one of the greatest things I learnt was operating sap system having to operate with your username be able to take decisions

It is a learning curve
I have learned a lot of things at pick n pay since I started at the stores . meeting new people and facing different working conditions and learning to deal with each on as they need to be. since moving to the support office I've been dealing with different suppliers and working with a totally different people. I appreciate getting the opportunity to learn the systems and programs that come with my job and most of all dealing with different suppliers and building positive relationship with them.

A typical work day at pnp, my for the for a day reconcile safes, do tender listing, open sessions for the cashiers and after reconcile money for cashiers, balancing the money. Prepare baking, printing short and overs, session details and action banking and counting float safe. Relationship with co-workers it very good even you are new at shop you don't feel that because they friendly. What I've learned there to multitasking, and you can be anything you want to be in life, be positive in everything you do and customer service. What I enjoy most is to be happy, to get my daily done and honest to people I am working with.
