I have learnt how to treat customers in a right way(customer service)

I have experienced that working with person is very nice, that I always have to be friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. Customer service is a very important thing if you working with clients in order to let the industry grow

Pros: Im willing to start over a new interesting carreer like this, working in an industry where I can face and help clients with love and patience by myself
Cons: long working hours, working on weekends and holidays

Good environment but management is not up to standard.

One gets promotion after a very long time. Patience is a virtue because sometimes you deal with difficult customers. Work is more and get paid very little. There's still problems with the race issue. No team spirit.

Good learning curve

Great experience and good learning curve, good relationship with workers. I learned excellent customer service. Serving customers from various cultures. The most challenging aspects of my job when is month end, I deal with more customers and everyone wants answers from me at the same time I serve, others complains and I have to be professional even though they become more harsh to me

Independent worker

Able to solve problems using my own initiative.Work accordingly with other people and I am a very good listener.Working full time is what I enjoy the most at my workplace and I can easily interact with new members.

Quick learner

I'm a quick learner even though i dont have any experience, the thing that i can say is that i am the hard work,committed to the thing when i am doing it and also good listener, person that you can easily commicate with. If i could get the job so that i can show how patient i am.

Worked hand in hand with my staff, Worked well with management, I did staff roaster Attended to customers' complaints Had a good relationship with customers etc

Good learning experience

I have learned a great deal from my time working at pick n Pay, I have got along great with my co workers and some of my managers, I work 12 hours a day filling counters and serving customers and am not appreciated for the work that I do, I try my best at all times and give my job 110% everyday and I am not even thanked for the amount of work and effort I have put into the business.

Great learning curve

Working withe people who comes from different backgrounds and have different cultures can be challenging. And some of the matured people can also be difficult sometimes because I'm young as their 'daighters' as they would say. What I enjoy most is the teaching that these amazing people give me, not only about my job but life also. Lilo, find yourself and spread your wings, they would say.

Nice working enviroment

Working and supervising staff that understands me and not always complaining when are delegated to perform some duties and having good relationship with them and my superriors,knowing what is required from me to perform my duties and also acknowledged of my input by the management.

Pros: Good working enviroment and colleagues
Cons: Nice hours except working some Saturdays
