I have learned to adapt to working as a team member and handling customers at all times

Having to work with customers, I believe in giving 100% customer services at all times, time management and ability to work under pressure, my job kept me at my feet at all times and to able to come up with new ideas every day, working long hours, therefore my caree life comes before my personal life, preparing meals for the deli counter and able to assist customers has become my passion, adhere to health and safety rules and regulations. Assisting the supervisor and being the team leader in my department its the skills I have achieved, works well with team members and management, willing to go an extra mile.

Good learning experience

I have learned a great deal from my time working at pick n Pay, I have got along great with my co workers and some of my managers, I work 12 hours a day filling counters and serving customers and am not appreciated for the work that I do, I try my best at all times and give my job 110% everyday and I am not even thanked for the amount of work and effort I have put into the business.

It was a learning experience

First thing I do when get to work is check if my company brand stock is on the shelves. Fill up the shelves and help customers with their needs. Help my fellow colleagues with their work if I'm done with myne. I really enjoy making sure that everything is on the shelves and packed neatly. What challenges me mostly is when the stock is not being delivered or unavailable in the stock room.

Pros: There is a great chance of growth within the company
Cons: Struggling to get back home because of scarce transportation

Good working conditions

It's a very neat environment people are always friendly willing to help at any given time one of the greatest things I learnt was operating sap system having to operate with your username be able to take decisions

Learning curve

Long working hours and short lunch and tea breaks. Every month end you query about salary and unpaid over time. Promotion is only for some people who r not doing nothing

Good learner

I enjoy working in understand Pressure environment and I can offer you time to learn plus I'm a self- dependent person and hope with that regard I'm willing to add an effective contribution and your will also help me to under vision and objective of the company

Hardworking

I'm a very fast learner, able to get along very well with other people . Willing to work shifts and really don't mind working weekends. I have great customer service and know how to deal with difficult customers and can handle any task given to me and able to meet deadlines .

You learn a.lot about retail indusrty

It is a good environment to work under with lots of challenges ,my experiences with staff was great we had an understanding. I loved being on the shop floor trading ,wht i didn't like is the red tape from my company decision makers

I'm a young woman who is always willing to learn new things outgoing,target driven would like to work my way to the top wherever that leads me. My mission in life go wherever there is growth prosperity and accomplishments.
