Was a learning curve
I worked very well with my company and I only left because I wanted better opportunities. Nothing would have stopped me from working for them. The money I was paid also could not satisfy my needs.

Hard working
long hours work, can't sit down, making sure the lines run non stop and work job of 2 people. The communication is poor, payslip not clearly explained, hard to go see HR

Boiler operator
I normally do maintenance at boiler house, I've learn so many things by challenging my co-workers to do our job perfectly and safe. I have a good relationship with other employees because I'm the supplier as working with steam

Cons: At boiler house you can't leave the machine unattended, so sometimes you have to work long hours

I have a btech degree in operations management. I have experience in operations, procurement, stock and distribution. I am currently employed at pioneer foods as a distribution planner/supervisor.. Grind grind and grind, its about who you know and not what you know. i have learnt helping people is not always good they take advantage. Knowing your seniors aspirations is important.
