Was empowered and a great team leader
Excellent company to work for great management team who empower and lead their staff team building outing to relax as you learn allowing great interaction with subordinates my DC Manager had an open door policy hence commuincation was great to keep our internal and external customers satisfied good communication equals a good work relationship.I enjoyed dealing first hand with my customers and keeping them happy.The most challenging aspect was keeping my customers calm when stocks where not available beyond my control example (due to storm ship did not arrive)i learnt how to be a great team leader great employee and a great peer

I have learned a lot in this company from receiving til dispatch. It is a great company to work for.
Quality controller is responsible for testing finished products, analyze and compute data and record information. They also ensure that the finished product is a best quality, by testing samples of materials, components (e.g. sugar, moisture), conduct physical and chemical test to ensure the product conforms with the standard specifications and reporting to the unit supervisor. Quality control/assurance also apply laboratory hygiene and safety procedures. Inspection of raw materials upon receiving and filling certification of analysis of all the received materials. I enjoyed working with good people their treatment. the most challenging was when am running 2 plants at the same time and there are producing out of spec product.

Stable environment
Supervisor of 2 people First check if all new accounts has been approved on the system. Check if all DC orders has been processed. Check all new e-mails Handle all queries. We are a family and support each other in all aspects of life. We get along very well are true team players. Development oppertunities available. I love helping others even if it means training over and over again. Most challenging aspect of my job would be dealing with people and that does not like change.

Excellent Learning curve
It's been a very interesting experience working as a quality controller at Fmcg company. Working as a quality controller is eye opening and demanding as one is required to make sure that the process does deviate from set standards. Working as a quality controller requires one to be a team player, work becomes more successful when one is a team player. I've learned the importance of quality in fmcg and the importance of total transparency to customers /consumers. It has been a great experience excellent opportunity for me to work within a company that big and that offers an excellent exposure.

Marketing related industry, as it a way of sales and promoting products.
As an employee at pioneer foods I experienced loyal and hard working to serve customers in good manners. We usually used the norm of customers are always right, working for 8 to 9 hours was like an opportunity of serving customers with love. At our company we learned that perseverance and being patient was a key to success of reaching other positions within the company.
Pros: Incentives and scorecards pushed an individual to push production.
Cons: Sometimes you have to sacrifice for working overtime without getting paid

In my career I have accomplished the following: trade test certificate as a millwright(electro mechanic) artisan N6 certificate in electrical engineering heavy current course N4 Mechanotechnics During my career I have managed to gather experience in defferent machinery such as: Krones lines (bottling) KHS lines (bottling) Combibloc SIG (aseptic) lines Arcils yogurt lines Trepco/waldner and hamba lines
