I have done merchandising training
Thank you an opportunity well working on my previous job was very challenging special on peak hours on month end time but in all its was a training to me because I serve 9 years do what I was employed for! I was a field market what that mean I was ordering Pioneer foods and also do stock controls on shop flow,I was in charge of two colleagues who were working under me well I still have their details in case to ask how was my skills and team working. My day job was to make sure I do deal like bulk buying into client that way incentives was a prior .
Pros: I was promoted to field market
Cons: Month end I use to work extra hour due to unlimited n.o of customer's in-store

I have learned a lot in this company from receiving til dispatch. It is a great company to work for.
Quality controller is responsible for testing finished products, analyze and compute data and record information. They also ensure that the finished product is a best quality, by testing samples of materials, components (e.g. sugar, moisture), conduct physical and chemical test to ensure the product conforms with the standard specifications and reporting to the unit supervisor. Quality control/assurance also apply laboratory hygiene and safety procedures. Inspection of raw materials upon receiving and filling certification of analysis of all the received materials. I enjoyed working with good people their treatment. the most challenging was when am running 2 plants at the same time and there are producing out of spec product.

Good company to work for.
Your target is set out and you have to reach it. As an employee you get incentives and goodies that are satisfying. Colleagues are supportive and you get to learn a lot from them.

Excellent learning curve
I have a very good relationship with coworkers. Day to day work, gives me more experience. I have a good relationship with my boss. There are lot of challenges everyday, but as a hard worker, I manage to achieve them. Sometimes I do them with my colleagues as part of a team work.

Excellent learning curve
I Malibongwe Matewu from Spriutview, Katlehong. I have experience of more than 5 years, I worked for Clover Headoffice as a transport planner. Currently, I am working for Pioneer Foods as Transport expeditor and planning. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, clients, and transporters. I am working at transport department and I have learned that logistics and transportation is not an easy operation due unforeseen circumstances on the road and sometimes loading sites take time to load trucks or maybe consider taking a lunch or team time while we have urgent loads.

Wonderful environment
Working at Pioneer foods it give me a such wonderful experience in the retail environment especial this pandemic where everyday i meet different people and share the experience about Coronavirus.Day to day experience in company it's very interesting even I have a long I can able to enjoy my life after work it want like about these job. Having surrounding with good colleagues it's also makes feel no reason why should not report to work working as a Fieldmarkerter, I

Salary standard and benefits
Am I earnings a fair salary, I don't think so. Promotions/upgrades/employment must stop being given to the next avail candidate without even experience.

Great opportunities to learn something new every day
Typical work day will include project meetings, business enhancements, stakeholder meetings, IT issue resolution and team management meetings. Very good relationsip with co-workers Learn something new every day Enjoy the opportunities to learn something new and work on a wide variety of projects Poor leadership and slow decision making.
