Company is big and with great opportunities
Working at Pioneer doesn't need to much effort, company has a lot of equipment to use to complete task within reasonable time. Employees are so welcoming, this place feel like home. I have learn a lot in this 3 years period, skills like approaching tasks without applying too much effort. People at Pioneer has humanity(Ubuntu). Failure to communicate or discuss task before you approach it.

Great Local company to work for.
I found this subject very stimulating. I am a fast and accurate Food Technologist, with a keen eye for detail and I take ownership of a job given, I have a good interpersonal relations with people irrespective of their diversity, this is a skill I acquired when I was a Quality Controller, Auditor and also when I was rendering my services as a Production Supervisor. I should be very grateful for the opportunity to progress to develop myself while keeping a great interest to your company growth. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it. Receiving clerk
I am a receiving clerk grv'd the invoices transfer the stock from production doing the batch tracking counting the stock weekly and monthly driving the forklift offloading and loading the stock and housekeeping. I can handle every one in the work I have learn that you should be honest to your job I enjoy working with my co-worker is when somebody cost damage then no one take care of our job so that we can create for the coming one

Good listener, hard working, fast learning, good team working and able to use office softwares
The job was good but coworkers are old and a bit bitter, they don't have team work as they believe that we the young onces are here to take their jobs. I enjoyed the job and working hours were fine but the safety was compromised due to noise and dust in the industry.

Very interesting and motivating career.
Being in the department of Quality Control implementing a food safety daily is quite challenging, because it requires lots of energy. One must come to work well prepared daily,and also be proactive. A person need to be an organised person hence the responsibilities are multiple and need to be accomplished daily. there a diary, a list of duties, and highlights of priories and a daily checklist to ensure that nothing is missed on a daily basis. A strong building of relationship with your team and coworkers is a must, as it enhances work quality. engaging with your employees is very important. A relationship assist in terms of sharing information and assist each other in resolving issues and problems that are beneficial to the acquaintance of the company. The challenge of being a Food safety Control/ Assurance is that one needs to be alert at all times. A person need to be able to fix problems quickly, an innovative mind is needed.
Pros: Greater opportunity to grow. Your strength is tested,therefore built. And also learn to be a planning and organised person

Manufacturing fmcg company dealing specifically with csd, conc, and juices on different lines
- my daily routine is to first attend the daily production meeting - give reports where necessary more especially regarding the material consumption report variances - after the meeting I do the variance control analysis which includes purchase price PPV - standard cost estimates (SCE). only applied when the company uses the standard costing system instead of activity based costing (ABC). - monthly business reporting (brand income statement, brand pack profitability analysis, cost centre reports, sales forecast). - production waste report - budget - management of monthly stock counts
Pros: ability to learn quickly and can work in every situation
Cons: capable of working longer than expected hours so stock take and budget have always been part of my job spec

Career growth-through workshops and exposure to all departments
being a system coordinator, my main function is to do training and follow up on corrective actions from other departments and report to management on the system effectiveness. the challenging part is to get other stakeholders to deliver their reports on time, which affects my reporting deadline greatly. however I enjoy training staff on ISO system and more people prefer to visit my office for refresher training on Food Safety when they have interviews. the most typical days on my job, is the days of external audit preparation, because everyone will be closing off their tasks and send people for outstanding training they discover on the last week prior the audit, and I m expected to meet their needs and be doing my final touch on the system as well

Hard worker
I have learned good safety and quality practices. I acieved my forklift license, i am given the opportunity to act as a supervisor. I good relationship with my co-workers, i have a lot of responsibilities which is good for experience purposes.
