Learning curve and more responsibility at a senior role
My day start with planning and preparing my to do list . Check attendance and get a feedback report of previous night activities as we operate on a 24hr cycle . I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers . What i enjoy the most is my days are not predictable ,different incidents daily and makes one to think outside the box at all time and apply problem solving skills more often . The most challenging aspects of my job is having to deal with unskilled workers and having tolerance towards how they think and do things .One has to coach them on a daily basis
Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: working almost 24hours every day .

Excellent learning
Working at pioneer foods its good because you learn new things each and everyday & working as a team work when you don't understand or not sure about something they will attend to you immediately what I enjoy most its when they arrange training for us to attend like internal audit,health & safety, fire fighter, first aider etc.

Hard worker
I I work shift I love working as a team,good communication,skill,hard work,my relationship is quiet good I learned quite a lot work,ABB robots,siemens drives,fault finding I enjoy welding,making bushes on milling machinery Installation

Excellent oppertunities
Daily maintenance planning, workshop management, critical spares control, stock availability, SAP transactions, job cards, notifications and preventative maintenance schedules. Maintenance team responsibilities, manage artisans, maintenance assistants, skills development, training of each team member in his specialized field. I am responsible for plant safety regulations, procedures, records, safety team training, annual safety inspections and certification of safety equipment. Manage Logistic Department, stock movement on SAP, stock control, cold storage, storage of raw material, plan harvesting schedules for vegetables to secure a steady flow of vegetables and optimal use of cold storage. Procure special raw materials that is difficult to find and negotiate prices and contracts with producers. Manage logistic team, daily program management, skills development and training.

Stable environment
Supervisor of 2 people First check if all new accounts has been approved on the system. Check if all DC orders has been processed. Check all new e-mails Handle all queries. We are a family and support each other in all aspects of life. We get along very well are true team players. Development oppertunities available. I love helping others even if it means training over and over again. Most challenging aspect of my job would be dealing with people and that does not like change.

Very good exposure
Hello, I am enthusiastic about my trade in electrical and instrumentation. I have a positive attitude and believe i will definitely contribute greatly for an efficient and productive plant.My qualifications speaks for itself. I may not understand everything but i am determined to learn more everyday. I just need a chance to prove myself as i need more exposure in my field. I have always excelled in my work companies to the very top in supervisory and leadership roles. I am desperately seeking greater exposure in my career and i would love the opportunity to be apart of the team. If i be chosen, an asset to the company will be created. Thank you

GOOD WORKING BALANCE
The company and my position in specific allows me to work hard and also have a pleasurable social time with my family. The perks and benefits at Pioneer Foods will want people to retire at this company however the salary will need to be reviewed.

What a privilege to work
It is a privilege to work for Pioneer Foods. A work day starts with an update of night shift operations, followed by daily meeting, answering of mails, visiting of customer DC’s and Internal WHS’e and attending to customer enquiries. I have a very good relationship with co-workers as success is achieved through collaborative effort of all employees. I have learnt that there is always two sides to a story and never to judge a book by its cover. When a task is completed as planned is yielding the most enjoyment. Most challenging aspect of my job is the none ending Section 189 processes that is an ongoing theme creating a lot of uncertainty
