I am an Assistant Accountant, seeking position for career development. My aim is to specialize in the financial and administrative field. I have in-depth experience gained through out my involvement in the coordination of sales matters. I am a hard worker, reliable, full of enthusiasm; energetic and eager to learn anything to improve my skills; Likes and enjoys challenges. I am currently busy to further my qualifications with the accounting course at ICB.

A great opportunity to grow and improve my current set of skills
A Food Professional having Experience in Quality Assurance (Food Production and Laboratory). I Worked with Meat and Meat products (Cold Meat processing), Wheaten Flour and also have a moderate skill in Baking. I Have competency in SAP and Microsoft Office Programs. I am a fast learner, goal oriented and success driven individual who is motivated by a challenge. I am passionate about quality and believe strongly in continuous improvement.

.Excellent learning and training ground
Typical day at my company is becoming boring having no challenge at all. My co workers friendly and co operative This is very good training ground and learning ground.

Learning curve and more responsibility at a senior role
My day start with planning and preparing my to do list . Check attendance and get a feedback report of previous night activities as we operate on a 24hr cycle . I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers . What i enjoy the most is my days are not predictable ,different incidents daily and makes one to think outside the box at all time and apply problem solving skills more often . The most challenging aspects of my job is having to deal with unskilled workers and having tolerance towards how they think and do things .One has to coach them on a daily basis

Excellent oppertunities
Daily maintenance planning, workshop management, critical spares control, stock availability, SAP transactions, job cards, notifications and preventative maintenance schedules. Maintenance team responsibilities, manage artisans, maintenance assistants, skills development, training of each team member in his specialized field. I am responsible for plant safety regulations, procedures, records, safety team training, annual safety inspections and certification of safety equipment. Manage Logistic Department, stock movement on SAP, stock control, cold storage, storage of raw material, plan harvesting schedules for vegetables to secure a steady flow of vegetables and optimal use of cold storage. Procure special raw materials that is difficult to find and negotiate prices and contracts with producers. Manage logistic team, daily program management, skills development and training.
Pros: Happy in my work, can use own initiative, constant training and job improvement

Very good exposure
Hello, I am enthusiastic about my trade in electrical and instrumentation. I have a positive attitude and believe i will definitely contribute greatly for an efficient and productive plant.My qualifications speaks for itself. I may not understand everything but i am determined to learn more everyday. I just need a chance to prove myself as i need more exposure in my field. I have always excelled in my work companies to the very top in supervisory and leadership roles. I am desperately seeking greater exposure in my career and i would love the opportunity to be apart of the team. If i be chosen, an asset to the company will be created. Thank you

Very limited opportunity to grow within the company.
Large company with different divisions working toward a common goal. Interacting with various departments is a challenge due to staff having a siloued mentality. I try to break that sown by promoting a open team mentality to show each person what impact their job has on the next person. Lack of discipline is a common thing amongst staff but I enjoy being the strict one in an effort to make people responsible and accountable for their actions. Discipline is important in a large organization and I have seen the change in some staff who have had to sign their warnings. I believe its their attitude that needs to change.
Pros: Large company
Cons: Shift work, lack of involvement from direct management. Not proactive so its frustrating coming from a corporate environment in the ICT sector.
