I would like to earn more based on the work that I do and the qualification that I have. I have the best relationship with my coworkers and they make coming to work worth it, very helpful people.

I learnt a lot from co - workers.
I enjoy working for the company and I learnt to respect and and love my co - workers. Regarding to work related, I am not realy enjoy the environment. It's cold, that is why I want to make a move soon. In refrigeration you work in the cold most of the tome. The company is big and it has opportunities for each and every individual who has ambitions to develop but for me I feel like I want to learn new things out side and meet new people as well. I how I can see myself develop. In terms of challenges there are so many challenges when you are a worker whether you are a manager are ordinary worker, challenges are always there, are employees you work with remember, We are not coming from one and the same home.

I love working and communicating
I am a very hard-working person. · Enjoying working with people and put full dedication to my work · I enjoy challenges always interested in learning new things · I love communicating and try my out most best to achieve the work I do.I have on numerous occasions filled this position when required from Management and I do believe I am qualified for the position. I have performed all the duties expected from m,with no complaints from customers or any staff members. I am a hard worker and have always supported management when they need assistance. I am a strong team player who is not shy to discipline people. I am fair and straight forward person. I also go out of my way to make sure that i know when my team need help. I don’t hang around and wait to be called upon by my direct reports i go to them .that means plenty of informal checks-ins both on the work they're doing and on their general job satisfaction and mental well-being .

• Adhere to plant operational procedures for production goal achievement and handle work safely. • Input operational system status with applicable journals and control system tools. • Function as plant operation to calibrate and troubleshoot automation, power and building interface systems. • Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends and suggest operating adjustment suggestions. • Reply to production floor requests and machine stoppage alerts. • Oversee productions and process key metrics for operating plant machinery within parameters. • Submit internal Work Orders for equipment failures. • Oversee plant and handle start-up and shut down of the plant • Operate SCADA and responsible for batch mixing • Do CIP to all production lines according to SOP. • Participate in Safety. • Do GMP’s and comply to quality • Stand or act on behalf of supervisor

The experience is relevant to my tertiary qualification
The working experience is great and it can help in me advancing in my career,however Im worried about the hourly rate for graduates as opposed to what the people on the floor are getting(eg casuals,general workers,machine operators etc). There"s a need for more mentoring and coaching in this regard.

Everyday work exposure
Everyday I perform: Perform Lab Tests including pre- and Post-analytic phases Research relevant topics and gather information/ data Wheat grading and test of raw wheat samples Examining product quality physically and with machine assistance Document results and pertinent observations after each analysis, score session or inspection. Communicate results and corrective actions to the mills. Provides general guidelines regarding quality of the products to the mills. Maintenance and upkeep of the lab and equipment. Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/ safety guidelines. Audits of Mills. Challenging aspect is to not get promotion, even though I have relevant qualifications
