Excellent learning curve, great tachong skill
Working in my company was amazing, I was hardly in the office and when I was I did mostly my administration work, events planning and social media work.. It was a very pleasant place to be I learned a lot.

Was empowered and a great team leader
Excellent company to work for great management team who empower and lead their staff team building outing to relax as you learn allowing great interaction with subordinates my DC Manager had an open door policy hence commuincation was great to keep our internal and external customers satisfied good communication equals a good work relationship.I enjoyed dealing first hand with my customers and keeping them happy.The most challenging aspect was keeping my customers calm when stocks where not available beyond my control example (due to storm ship did not arrive)i learnt how to be a great team leader great employee and a great peer

I learn a lot in Pioneer food how to manage a stock on shelf, place order, and how to deal with a difficult customers. Do a good relationship with the managers

Attending breakdowns daily Capturing breakdown report on SAP on OUTLOOK software Communication skills Good communication with co-workers Learning more especially technical skills by calibrating machine and processing Most thing I like is a challenge either mechanical and electrical Challenge that I faced is when process is in need of calibrating

am good in providing outstanding leadership to the team members, including coaching, development and training in order to maximize work output and high quality products. I have skills in identifying patterns and problem solving areas and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency by establishing SOP's, training matrix, conducting training, CIP validations and Risk assessments. I am currently managing FSSC 22000 (in my previous company I implemented ISO 22000), QRMP (Kraft Heinz standard), Yum (KFC), Burger King Audits (NSF), McDonald's Audits, Customer complaints and Recalls, HACCP, 5S Housekeeping, health and safety and positive releases.

The day starts from 8am to 17:00pm Co-workers are excellent people to work wit very helpful understanding and willing to assist. In the company you can go for various training and leaning courses to attend that is helpfu and could benefit you within the company. The most part i really enjoy in the company is the staff you work with and they are willing to train and teach you as well as assist you in every way. The most challenging part in the job is if the company goes into shut down or break down then affects all various departments as well as late hours to work which is not an issue but without compensation then affects the whole team as well as the departments gets affected.

A great opportunity to grow and improve my current set of skills
A Food Professional having Experience in Quality Assurance (Food Production and Laboratory). I Worked with Meat and Meat products (Cold Meat processing), Wheaten Flour and also have a moderate skill in Baking. I Have competency in SAP and Microsoft Office Programs. I am a fast learner, goal oriented and success driven individual who is motivated by a challenge. I am passionate about quality and believe strongly in continuous improvement.

Excellent learning curve
My typical working day includes updating the loading plan performing cycle counts leading the loading team I have a good working relationship with the people I work I have learned planning and organizing and working with different people of all cultures I have enjoyed the learning and experiences I have received from the company Working long hours.

Great experience
Its a tough industry to work in more at work then at home. A typical day would start of on a high and would only finish when I would leave the premises. Wonderful relationship with colleages. I've learnt alot over the years working and one thing i can mention is ,If I start something no matter how challenging it my seem, You can rely on me to complete it .
