Marketing related industry, as it a way of sales and promoting products.
As an employee at pioneer foods I experienced loyal and hard working to serve customers in good manners. We usually used the norm of customers are always right, working for 8 to 9 hours was like an opportunity of serving customers with love. At our company we learned that perseverance and being patient was a key to success of reaching other positions within the company.
Pros: Incentives and scorecards pushed an individual to push production.
Cons: Sometimes you have to sacrifice for working overtime without getting paid

Hard worker
I have learned good safety and quality practices. I acieved my forklift license, i am given the opportunity to act as a supervisor. I good relationship with my co-workers, i have a lot of responsibilities which is good for experience purposes.

Excellent Learning Curve
My typical work day Working enviroment is so condusive that you meet different people from many other southern african countries and you learn from them as they bring different expertise to the industry. I came in without any knowledge of these end products we see in many shelves in different stores are manufactured,I have done more rotation in all sectors on the company. I enjoy all aspects of the jobs as every single day a surprise will be thrown at you,maybe you will be oved from the juicy line to bokomo line (cereals) My typical work day varies from time and I would actually say its shift work therefore you have no specific shift that you belong to. I am so passionate about what I am currently doing and I would love to be in the same positon if I would get an opportunity to work for you.Looking forward to hearing from you soon

I'm Business partnering and advising on BCEA, SDA, EEA,LRA etc.
I enjoy in enhancing and bringing greater performances from individuals and teams. I do my plant walk abouts everyday whenever I'm free. I enjoy working with people. I'm reasonably stricken when it comes to my work and.I deliver as expected.

Good place to learn and find yourself
its a good environment where employees work in a jovial mood, but also a very high pace environment cause employees need to meet loafage targets and the competition from other bakeries is rife. As an HR practitioner my relationship with co-workers is good as they always come to my office when they have issues they need to deal with. have learned various hr systems like data collection, iod admin, discipline, wsp, to name a few. I enjoy the most training employees about code of conduct and what is expected from them and also teach them about their rights and the role of an hr practitioner. the most challenging part is when you have to do recons to keep all the employees files up to date and to make sure every document is where it supposed to be

I am the complete package, gained experience from world class companies.
The best thing about working in a company is when people are in harmony, when harmony lacks, it can result in a small rotten piece growing to a situation that is unbearable. personally I look into such situations to avoid unpleasantness at all cost, because when it is out of control, it is almost impossible to recover. Generally, I have a pleasant personality and try to keep everyone in a good mood, it is easier to give orders to pleasant staff than disgruntled ones. In my view the most important part of working relationships is to manage emotions to be productive and promote a team spirit.
Pros: Independence, a person is responsible for the outcome of actions, you cannot hide behind others for poor performance
Cons: Bread is a daily commodity and has a short shelve life, the conditions are such that speed are the most important, people want bread in the morning before going to school or work, bread must be delivered on time otherwise it results in loss of sales.

Execellent learning curve
Its full of pressure and one must be punctual and accurate. everyday orders must be in and customer services is very important. one must be a fast thinker and react quick as well work well with co-workers because we need each others help to get the days work done properly, team work. Working with the different clients was challenging cause it was new to me and private sector.
