I am a dedicated male who is on point in relation to tasks assigned to me. I am a game changer and in my current company I am assisting other departments with their challenges and ensure that the workplace is harmonized. My day start with ensuring that my to do list is in my diary and I complete it within the specific time allocated me. I relate very well with coworkers and I accept constructive criticism and learn from it. I have learned to respectful and always try to go the extra mile. I have also leaned to to share the knowledge with the rest of the team. I am enjoy to be apart of sought after and supportive team. The most challenging aspect the job is to be micromanaged, I prefer to work independently and ask assistance where necessary. My 15 years experience in the company has been phenomenal.

Great planning and managerial Skills.
A typical day would include: staff supervision, auditing accounting documents, replenish inventory, handling customer complaints. I had an excellent relationship with my co-workers including the teams I led. I have advanced my interpersonal and managerial skills. I enjoyed the auditing of accounting documents, working with people and planning for revenue collection actions. What I found challenging was the falsified accounting documents by staff in order to defraud the company, and the institution of disciplinary action.

Electrical Apprintice
It was good working at prasa as a student because i learned a lot there. And most important it was so good to be a part of good company which offered me something which i spent years looking for but it finally came through them. Doing a apprentice there helped a lot because i was so blank in coming to electricity because i was so blank having only theory. the most challenging thing was we used be given attempt which you have to put in you mind that you don't have to fail one thing more than three times because you will be shown the door

Hard worker
Dedicated individual who is very focused and deliver within time frame. I like to work in the organisation that is willing to train and develop it's employees to ensure that they become experts in their fields.

Development
I have a goal of been somewhere after 5 years it did not happen until 8 years without promotion only acting for more than 3 years. I want a challenging career so that I can grow financial and personally.while I was there they give development so that you can study ,you go there passed give them your results ,nothing is happening they don't consider your development so that they can give promotion .
Pros: No opportunity for promotion

I enjoy and passionate to work on projects and facilities management environment. Interacting, building and maintaning good working relationship with the team is beneficialry towards the success of the Organisation. Good relationships promotes healthy and positive working environment.

Enrichment of knowledge
Working on this company was a great experience. I have learnt so many things. a topical work day was when we have a high calls rates. that has taught me to work under pressure and to copy well on it. My colleagues were very supportive and there was a good communication between us, we understand each other. I enjoyed going to end users and help them. The most challenging aspect was when I have a difficult user, who don't want to follow procedure of logging a complaint, or who did not want to say what's wrong with the computer but rather just want a technician to go to his or her office.

Continuous improvement
I love my job, or rather I love my job when I am actually working, a great company with opportunities to self-development and I appreciated this opportunities, I managed to complete my Bachelors. I work for the smallest department in the company with a small team and we help each other in all aspects work related. I have learned Customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills, as an administrator all this skills are important because I deal with all the administration challenges in the department. I enjoy learning new skills, I didn't know SAP when I was appointed in this position but I had to learn it myself with support from the team. The most Challenging part about my job is not having support from top management, I may finish all reports on time but if they are not signed off then my job is not done.

New experience daily
Im responsible for managing real estate and asset of PRASA and also ensuring the building support the primary objectives of the company. Ensuring that building match with occupants to serve for the required use. I have a great experience with my team and colleagues in all levels. I had learned that it important that buildings are maintained and kept in good order in order to provide an environment that enables employees to achieve their duties daily without concerns. Environment is everything. To keep up with complex challenges daily
