Working in my company with such good people is great,work load I never felt because of the team work and easy meeting targets. I have learn that able to work with people it makes everything smooth.I enjoy a lot working out of the office sometimes. Most challenging thing was to make the train ready at a specific time because there are people waiting for this train to go home.To fail to deliver

A very diverse and complex environment, extremely challenging
Typical work day would include - checking emails, prioritize then and respond accordingly. - meet with the team to outline work responsibilities for the coming week. - look at previos week's work and identify what has not been achieved and what was not achieved. - The most challenging aspect of my career is when line management is not interested in the application of HR policies, eg adherance to the recruitment policy - I enjoy OD, Talent Management, and Perfomance Management, this is where you are able to see colleagues grow and excell in their perfomance

Development
I have a goal of been somewhere after 5 years it did not happen until 8 years without promotion only acting for more than 3 years. I want a challenging career so that I can grow financial and personally.while I was there they give development so that you can study ,you go there passed give them your results ,nothing is happening they don't consider your development so that they can give promotion .

Continuous improvement
I love my job, or rather I love my job when I am actually working, a great company with opportunities to self-development and I appreciated this opportunities, I managed to complete my Bachelors. I work for the smallest department in the company with a small team and we help each other in all aspects work related. I have learned Customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills, as an administrator all this skills are important because I deal with all the administration challenges in the department. I enjoy learning new skills, I didn't know SAP when I was appointed in this position but I had to learn it myself with support from the team. The most Challenging part about my job is not having support from top management, I may finish all reports on time but if they are not signed off then my job is not done.

New experience daily
Im responsible for managing real estate and asset of PRASA and also ensuring the building support the primary objectives of the company. Ensuring that building match with occupants to serve for the required use. I have a great experience with my team and colleagues in all levels. I had learned that it important that buildings are maintained and kept in good order in order to provide an environment that enables employees to achieve their duties daily without concerns. Environment is everything. To keep up with complex challenges daily

Excellent Learning curve
Good Day Sir/Madam Here in Prasa I have worked firstly in HR Department for 6 Months and I rotated to Prasa Cres (REAM Department) where i found interest. In REAM Department, I have learnt so much about LEASING, working with people and how to communicate with clients. I've built a very good relationship with my REAM team and the clients, we worked together to take Prasa to the highest level with our clients. Most part I have enjoyed was travelling, going to see and observe the places that clients occupies and see if the condition of the building is still in good shape for the clients to still use it, if not we fix the problem immediately Challenges I had was when I had to be very strict with the clients when they do not pay their rent due. Sometimes I would have to sign them off and that is not a good thing to do to people that we've worked with for so long Thank you.
