Learned a lot at Prasa,taught me patient tolerance and be able to work under pressure also in a team work environment.The day will start as early as 04:30 to assist passengers with information on the 1st and updating roots,ensure all tickets rolls and printers are available,the colleagues are friendly the only challenge was working in an unsafe environment

Personal growth.
Mu environment is a typical government setup. I have to work through the history and red tape to get anything done. I get on well withy team mates. But I sometimes but heads with some of the individuals due to the inherent non delivery culture. I have learnt to deal with challenges presented by such an environment and manage the relationships to achieve my business goals which have delivery at the epicentre. I really enjoy achieving success where such is an exception to the rule. Bit most importantly is mentoring others and seeing the results. The most challenging issues centred around the politics and a non functioning bureaucracy.
Pros: Delivering.

N room for growth
II am used to working in a more fast passed environment where we were priority driven. Right now the it is way too slow for me. There is no room for growth even with my studies I have undergone, this makes it very difficult to be enthusiastic about my future. am used to working in an industry that is priority driven, right now I am bored and the environment is too laxed.

My typical work day is very busy as i am working with Prasa Revenue, i have to be always on top of my game so that i do not make any mistake that will cos the company. we work as a team, working with people, i have learnt that, you have to put your differences aside work together so that the work is done. A very diverse and complex environment, extremely challenging
Typical work day would include - checking emails, prioritize then and respond accordingly. - meet with the team to outline work responsibilities for the coming week. - look at previos week's work and identify what has not been achieved and what was not achieved. - The most challenging aspect of my career is when line management is not interested in the application of HR policies, eg adherance to the recruitment policy - I enjoy OD, Talent Management, and Perfomance Management, this is where you are able to see colleagues grow and excell in their perfomance

The company has given me a different perspective of what finance department entails
, Monday to Friday. I have a good relationship with my co-workers since our division is not too big. I have learned people's different culture and bel would like to be given more responsibilities. Working with somebody's else figures
Pros: Unfortunately in my division I do not see any growth unless looking at the whole department
Cons: working hours are too much, i wish we were starting at 08H00 until 15H30
