II had enjoyed to Ork in my previous work course we were respecting each other all of user make sure that our patients received a special care and we give them what ever they need we put their happiness first
Pros: The way I love my job I make sure that everyone that they with me they benefi to have me around
Cons: I can work anytime even after hours it fine 24 hrs is nothing to me

Great learning curve
-Maintained effective schedule balance between rest periods, active play and instruction. -Sanitize dishes, tabletops, toys and frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spreading of germs. -Planned and guided age-appropriate tasks like reading, crafts, and Stimulated Activities. -Kept all areas neat, clean and properly sanitized. -Managed safety and security of all children under care. -Observed play activities to identify positive behaviors and areas in need of improvement, implementing behavior redirection where appropriate. -Cared for children ages 3 to 5 in a nurturing and age- appropriate way. -Developed lessons and activities to promote child's physical and emotional development. -Maintained discipline through positive reinforcement, behavior modeling (Reward System) and collaboration with parents.

Potential unrealised.
Wonderful co-workers and culture. An environment that allowed for a lot of opportunity to try new things and take ownership. I learnt a lot during my time there. Difficult Managing Director who lacked the ability to to be accountable and to plan effectively, which lead to poor sales. In summary the business had a great team but poor leadership.

Every day events
A typical day would begin with assigning site to ssub-contractors and ensuring that the site detail documents are submitted. Attend the daily project meeting with the client and also attend EXCO. Attend to any risks identified with the local population ad speak to the local councillors in this regards>

Good learning curve but not challenging
I have learnt to do my work thoroughly everyday and to be able to work without supervision. I also learnt to arrange my work according to the days and hours allocated. The most challenging aspects of my job is cleaning the windows

g - A typical workday A typical will start with being on the mine at 06h00, attending morning meetings, visits to site, Analysing data, physical inspections and measurements and recommendations for improvement. - Your relationship with co-workers I always have a good relationship with my co-workers as well as our customers. - What you have learnt I have learnt that you get a lot more done working with the people, making them part of the process, even letting then think it is their idea rather that giving commands and directions. The latter only brings push-back. - What you enjoy most The variety in the work, no two days are the same, there is always new challenges. - The most challenging aspects of the job The most challenging aspect is working with a variety of people with a variety cultures and then each new client-group has their own corporate culture as well.
