Every day events
A typical day would begin with assigning site to ssub-contractors and ensuring that the site detail documents are submitted. Attend the daily project meeting with the client and also attend EXCO. Attend to any risks identified with the local population ad speak to the local councillors in this regards>

Good learning curve but not challenging
I have learnt to do my work thoroughly everyday and to be able to work without supervision. I also learnt to arrange my work according to the days and hours allocated. The most challenging aspects of my job is cleaning the windows

Steap lerning curve
g - A typical workday A typical will start with being on the mine at 06h00, attending morning meetings, visits to site, Analysing data, physical inspections and measurements and recommendations for improvement. - Your relationship with co-workers I always have a good relationship with my co-workers as well as our customers. - What you have learnt I have learnt that you get a lot more done working with the people, making them part of the process, even letting then think it is their idea rather that giving commands and directions. The latter only brings push-back. - What you enjoy most The variety in the work, no two days are the same, there is always new challenges. - The most challenging aspects of the job The most challenging aspect is working with a variety of people with a variety cultures and then each new client-group has their own corporate culture as well.

Good Learning Curve but Culture Changes with Management Changes cause distability and uncertainty
We a Service Provider toMines and we on a day to day put Strategies, Contracts and Tenders in place to meet the needs of our Clients (End Users). We are a small team of 9 Females and 1 Male. We are of different races and a lot of diversity management arises from time to time.

It is an amazing experience that keeps you on our feet.
I quickly learn' t how to work diligently and effectively especially in an emergency. With the continuous high pressure atmosphere, it is important to be able to think and act quickly and be supportive. Growth and development
I've learnt a lot from homeschooling such as multi tasking administration and juggling different tasks simultaneously. I've grown as a person and learnt a lot.
