I am currently working at Rand Water as an Electrician. I am dealing with maintenance. I have been working for 4years now. I am looking for a new challenge where I can gain more skills and experience working with people. Other than that I have worked my whole life as a Machine Operator for PG and MAN Diesels and Turbo.
Pros: I am looking for a position that will allow me to continue learning and grow as a person and as an employee

Excellent learning curve
I work for company that is very people orientated, it places a lot of weight on the well-being of the employee. My typical work day begins with planning of the day activities then consultations with employees. I have a good working relationships with my colleagues and I have learnt from them to deal with issues as they arise because they end in resentment. I love the HR Manager is very accessible and listens with empathy to our problems. What I enjoy most about this job is the interactions with employees from different units of the organisation. As far as challenges go, I am not that challenged.

Analysing and providing assurance of results
Working on routine analysis, daily, weekly and monthly Report writing Adhoc responsibility like improving the work culture as a Values Champ, SHE Representative like Safety inspection and corrective action New Method writing and Re-viewing of methods Team Work and balancing team dynamics I learnt a lot about Water Treatment, Method Validations, Quality Control both of processes and procedures I enjoy working on new procedures, daily analysis and work with people Balancing Team dynamics

Excellence
I enjoyed working as a team with my colleagues , I love challenges and problem solving. I learned to work hard whether I'm alone I must have motivated myself not to wait for others but alone.

I am still on the initial stage of the learning curve
on a daily basis I do project file review compile scope of work do system specification for upcoming projects and read. My relationship with other employees so far it is more like i am still a student and i have been receiving more lectures than exposure. I enjoy field work than office work.

Learning curve and good divelopment
The company is very good for both exprience and fresh from school to work for they wil develope you to the maximum of ur capacity. the people working around the company they have good personality and they give people a very good warm welcome to the new people .the company take care of its employer vy providing them with all necessary equipment and also the training needed for particular situation.the company take the safety of people first and make sure that they are of good healyh as the come to work.

Awesome deep knowing of myself
This job makes me learn my capabilities or potential I would have never thought I have. I am learning to present effectively and report accurately. I am also getting exposure in public speaking which I have never done.
