Excellence
I enjoyed working as a team with my colleagues , I love challenges and problem solving. I learned to work hard whether I'm alone I must have motivated myself not to wait for others but alone.

I am still on the initial stage of the learning curve
on a daily basis I do project file review compile scope of work do system specification for upcoming projects and read. My relationship with other employees so far it is more like i am still a student and i have been receiving more lectures than exposure. I enjoy field work than office work.

Learning curve and good divelopment
The company is very good for both exprience and fresh from school to work for they wil develope you to the maximum of ur capacity. the people working around the company they have good personality and they give people a very good warm welcome to the new people .the company take care of its employer vy providing them with all necessary equipment and also the training needed for particular situation.the company take the safety of people first and make sure that they are of good healyh as the come to work.

Job description
I am imployeed by rand water but currently working at coleus packaging for experience purpose.where i learn about drives,hand skills,machining using centre lathe and milling machine,bearings,motor,pneaumatics and hydraulics I have a very good working relationship with collegues. I enjoy mostly about bearings due to the unusual fault i find,pneaumatics and machining.. The most challenging aspect is time spent on the job

I have 3 and 6 Month experience in the HR environment
my typical work day. shortlisting interviews interview parks calling candidates coordinating induction. my relationship with co-workers is good. am in touch with everyone especially my team the HR operation team which is a team of 26 people. I also have a good working relationship with my line manager she is also my Mentor when it comes to my school. I have learned to work with different people, I have been exposed in recruiting different positions from interns to senior positions in different department eg, records, HR, Finance and Payroll. the most challenging things I encountered is working with line managers who have a lot of experience and have the challenge of working with me as young lady new to the industry.

Excellent learning curve
Being part of rand water wasn't bad since i didn't work with them that much coz i was sent to do my on job training at the correctional services, which wasn't also bad but kinda dangerous working where there are inmates but nun than that i had fun. I've learnt a lot about electrical maintenance since i was the job i was doing

I have complete N6 in electrical engineering and institutional certificate and busy with pre-trade test preparation at olifantsfontein an more than 6 years experience in different sectors of engineering industry

Typical day involves meetings where operational feedback is given and where necessary action/decision be taken regarding the closure of outstanding work shortcomings or non compliance. Playing an advising role to the management team as well as project/engineering/contractors relating regulatory and compliance aspects. Also advising and giving support on changes of legislation. Development or establishment of of policies. Working with different individuals you learn what they are doing and where do you fit in. Learned that core business always push work without considering compliance. My presence is to advise where they don't know and put a stop where there's ignorance. Enjoy everyday challenges in the workplace. The most challenging part is working with contractors where you find employees are not skilled, also unsafe behaviors and acts conducted by employees.
Pros: Acting in top position, and being allowed to study further create much opportunity for development
Cons: Management of contractors, they like to ignore compliance.
