Working for this company was very informative, gained a lot of knowledge along the way. Started off as an intern but was made permanent with in a few months. My only issue is that I feel like I'm not growing in this company, the opportunity to isn't being given to me. The most challenging aspect about working here is their inability to change, they still have old school tactics and are not willing to new ideas but I have a very loving relationship with my Co workers and they have been very helpful thus far.

Excellent
It is a good company especially for trainees but for those who want to work until retirement you will be disappointed since the buy plant and sell here and there. You need to look for the job whilst you are still employed but great salary and good management

A valuable to the company.
I feel that my academic qualifications and experience have give me a firm footing the engineering field and I know that I will be a valuable asset to the company. But it is through my involvement with a team that best displays my abilities to analyze and improve traditional strategies.

Excellent learning curve and great experience
Rcl is a good company with great opportunity i join the company with little experience on sap and exell but i have come to the point where by most of the needed to be in place i now can say i am comfortable doing those. It all about accepting the challenge and find a way of doing things easy and efficiency.

Little salary, huge work
long working hours, i have a good relationship with my colleagues, except with the supervisor- she does not like anyone and that leads to the working condition being traumatising. By far, atleast I've learnt a lot of things practically than the theory I learnt at varsity. The most challenging aspect of the job is the little payment and the environment where we work in is compromising our health, too much dust and smell of ammonia.

Good learner
My experience extends onto Fast Moving Consumer Goods, (Food Manufacturing Industry), well as Finance Industry with working knowledge within strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, tender management, project and cost management, supplier/contractor management, supply chain business process and policies development. My competency extends to areas of problem-solving skills, planning and organizing skills, presentation skills and leadership skills. I also have knowledge on numerous legislative frameworks that guide procurement practice which include PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEE Act.

Learning a lot in the company
The general work that I do at RCL Foods it's growing chickens from day one to slaughter. My day to day work is to, check chickens have feed, calculate feed, and ordering feed and generally my work includes all animal welfare, preventing diseases by taking biotechnology procedures. I have good relationship with my co-workers and strengths to build up strong team. The most challenging its working long hours but which I can adjust with it. I mostly enjoy working with chicken day to day because I have learned a lot about them and I now hv a bond with them.
