Challenging personal ability
The job is bit of challenging because it's hard labour job, where one would be given his task to complete, the job it's more like general work where you'd be allocated to fill some of spaces and bit hard to say because it is something I did not really expected to say. This taught me a lot about life in general, that everything in life does not come easy. The relationship with coworkers is something that giving me strength as their people with high value of support. I have really enjoyed the part that I put myself in an uncomfortable place to test my ability to face challenges, and I see myself pass through that day by day.

I work at the RCL hatchery where we hatch chicks from the eggs coming from their farm.
I would work at recl food at the hatchery where we hatch chicks. I work as the shift worker I control the incubators and monitor the hatchery . I have a good relationship with my co-workers as the safety comes first and we build team work every day . I've learnt so much in this company as I came here knowing Nothing about hatching chicks but I know I know atleast 75% oglf the process that takes place in the company

Fast paced and motivating.

Good learner
My experience extends onto Fast Moving Consumer Goods, (Food Manufacturing Industry), well as Finance Industry with working knowledge within strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, tender management, project and cost management, supplier/contractor management, supply chain business process and policies development. My competency extends to areas of problem-solving skills, planning and organizing skills, presentation skills and leadership skills. I also have knowledge on numerous legislative frameworks that guide procurement practice which include PFMA, PPPFA and BBBEE Act.

Excellent experience gain
Daily engagement with customers, promotion of sales also merchandise work on field. The staff is warm and helpful, the company is a home to its employees and customers and a great confidence builder.

Gained so much knowledge
I really love my job but I am am looking to grow within a company and move up the corporate ladder. I manage a team of 14 credit controllers and 2 claims clerks. Collectively I am responsible to bring in R200 million monthly. Resolving queries timeously. Making sure rebates go through to the relevant GL accounts. Billing of credit notes daily. Releasing of order. I would be a great asset to any company
