Good place to start working at the beginning of your career
A typical day involves an early start to the day. Requiring you to be punctual and be at your work station as every process operates with each individual involved otherwise proper function of the whole process is interrupted. Communication and team work is most important for the process to go effectively and efficiently.

Excellent customer care
Working in my company is pretty much fun because I love what I do since I’m a self employed person, I keep my dad to day activities running smoothly but some days are hard especially when customers keep coming and ordering costumes for different events that’s when I’ll have to stay up at night and do everything correctly. My customers never complain about bathing I treat them with kindness I listen to what they need and I deliver. What I enjoy the most is the designing I’m doing I’m in love with it and that’s why I choose it as a part time Job to keep me going as I look for another Job, the goal is to make enough money t go to school study pharmacy and get my second dream job.

Excellent learning curve
Worked shifts, Starting up the plant. Checking water pumps, checking steam flow and then checking that all machinery is in working condition for the days work. Work well with others and delegating work to subordinates. I've learned the everyday brings its own problems and how to deal with that problems and to solve them. To see the plant running after all your hard work.. My challenge was to was to keep the plant running with a small budget.

An opportunity to work closer to home
I work 9 hours week days with 30 minutes lunch break I treat my co-workers as my own family I have learnt to be a team player, and that communication is vital Interacting with different people I very much love my job, however, the most challenging aspect of working here is the distance to travel from home in u Mlazi coming to Hammersdale on time to report on duty

Introduction to fmcg
Really learned a lot from my current job. I was basically leading the production team and driving them towards achieving set targets. I have had challenging days but always manage to overcome them and achieve. I love working with people and enjoy working in teams.

Challenging
Wonderful company values which are greatly observed at the head office where you first visit. Unfortunately not so greatly applied further down the line. Some areas are still stuck on the old ways of doing things. Makes it difficult to implement new things.

Fleet Strategy
Connecting with transport managers at each depot every morning, discussing challenges of the previous day effects and vehicles off the road. Weekly connections with executives on fleet acquisition (Capex or Growth) and disposal projects. Open and honest commination with co-workers is always encouraged to align and prevent any misunderstanding. Allowing subordinates to challenge themselves while coaching them where necessary and required. I enjoy visiting depots and engaging with staff on their achievements and what hindrances are. Fleet selection for application, the process to result to implementation makes me proud. I feel most disappointed when deadlines are not commutated or met.

Working for this company was very informative, gained a lot of knowledge along the way
Working for this company was very informative, gained a lot of knowledge along the way. Started off as an intern but was made permanent with in a few months. My only issue is that I feel like I'm not growing in this company, the opportunity to isn't being given to me. The most challenging aspect about working here is their inability to change, they still have old school tactics and are not willing to new ideas but I have a very loving relationship with my Co workers and they have been very helpful thus far.
