I'm a biotechnology student

Working at rcl foods is great, just that there are no opportunities , the work load is manangable and the people you work with are professional and create a good working environment, it has been a blast to learn and work and work at this company, I've been exposed to a lot of things that relate to what I learnt at school from your basic titrations to understanding and applying quality controls, the testing of multiple samples also gives an advantage of being exposed to different processes and dealing with different machinery. Quality of the food products is top priority and ensuring a good working environment that is safe and clean.

As an individual who is eager to learn, I am considering this as a lifetime opportunity as I will enhance my skills in encountering with practical challenges that will also contribute in equipping me as an employee with experience in your environment. Great for learning,and obtain lots of experience

I oversee if workers adhere to GMP AND HACCP standard. Inspectic of processing of meat,temperature monitoring,issuing of non comformences where necessary. Inspectic truck to be loaded,and setting the correct temperatures and monitor products temp.

Pros: Great for gaining lots of experience,you get different challenges every day,which makes you grow
Cons: Nine hours per shift,not bad though

Challenging personal ability

The job is bit of challenging because it's hard labour job, where one would be given his task to complete, the job it's more like general work where you'd be allocated to fill some of spaces and bit hard to say because it is something I did not really expected to say. This taught me a lot about life in general, that everything in life does not come easy. The relationship with coworkers is something that giving me strength as their people with high value of support. I have really enjoyed the part that I put myself in an uncomfortable place to test my ability to face challenges, and I see myself pass through that day by day.

A valuable to the company.

I feel that my academic qualifications and experience have give me a firm footing the engineering field and I know that I will be a valuable asset to the company. But it is through my involvement with a team that best displays my abilities to analyze and improve traditional strategies.

Belt conveyor, chain conveyor and elevator belts. Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic control system.

I have learned a lot, from diagnose FAWEMA machine problems, faulty findings sewing machine. Do inspections daily for all machines for foreign nose. Working as team is a priority so that can save time cost of the company. I enjoyed working at fawema machine and air seal because it where most challenging to lot people are.

It's never a great day if operations end to end is accomplished by reaching our customers and adding value to them through our sustainable value chain like RCL Vector logistics. It's always an open race filled with positive challenges

Good growth

Great working environment. Great staff. Very challenging and fun processes. The team is great. The team working is great also. The support from management is very good and very efficient and helpful.
