It was an exciting job, introduced many control measures in handling pallets, I worked well with many people; customers and colleagues. The most challenging aspect was that I worked long hours and travelled a lot with plenty of admin to do.

Excellent learning curve
Worked shifts, Starting up the plant. Checking water pumps, checking steam flow and then checking that all machinery is in working condition for the days work. Work well with others and delegating work to subordinates. I've learned the everyday brings its own problems and how to deal with that problems and to solve them. To see the plant running after all your hard work.. My challenge was to was to keep the plant running with a small budget.
Pros: There was promotional oppurtunities but to slow

Learning experience
Currently i am working in sexual and reproductive health within the hospital. I do counselling, testing and of sreening the patients. I offer choice on termination of pregnancy as well as family planning. I also dispence medication. I have good interpersonal relationship with my coworkers especially my managers. They support and appreciate the work that i am doing. With the service maternal deaths have decreased as women no longer do backstreet abortions ending up with sepsis. I enjoy my work the most as i am able to assess patient fully and refer where there is a need. The challange at the momeht is shortage of staff, i am suppose to have a team to work with but however am alone doing all the work.

Excellent
I had a great time and great experience with this company since 2014 till 2020 and am very thankful for the opportunity i had. But now im looking for something new and challenging. With the experience that i have im very very ready to start a new career with new company

I have strong leadership skills, communication and good in handling projects.
II work as customer service clerk, my duties are to make sure that I provide good service by capturing orders and making sure they are delivered with a promised date. We work as three ladies in the department and we backup each other during under pressure moments and absenteeism, I have learned problem solving and leadership skills and how to handle emotional intelligents. I enjoyed working or engaging with other departments and being involved in the strategic meetings. The most challenging is part is when you trying to serve customers but production is not doing well.

I'm a biotechnology student
Working at rcl foods is great, just that there are no opportunities , the work load is manangable and the people you work with are professional and create a good working environment, it has been a blast to learn and work and work at this company, I've been exposed to a lot of things that relate to what I learnt at school from your basic titrations to understanding and applying quality controls, the testing of multiple samples also gives an advantage of being exposed to different processes and dealing with different machinery. Quality of the food products is top priority and ensuring a good working environment that is safe and clean.
