Enjoy production process to run effectively and efficiently. Quick learner and enjoy fault finding and rectify defective equipment or faults. Like to challenge my self to learn more about equipment to improve productivity of machines and man power. Tipical day routine to walk plant to observe abnormal noises or smell and conditions of equipment Have a meeting every day with staff to discuss plan maintenance and prioritize jobs. This increase good comunication and work relationships.

Pros: positive person never give up attitude and quick learner.
Cons: age.

Im a good lesoner.

I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO WORKERS.WHAT I HAVE LEARN IS THAT GOOD COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT.WHAT I ENJOYED THE MOST IS TO WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM WITH MY TEAM.THE MOST CHALLENGING IS IR AND MAINTANANCE BREAKDOWN.

Fast paced, pressurized enviroment

RCL FOODs - planning long and short term plans daily - collaborative effort with co workers to achieve goals -Learnt about the industry, tackling challenges, advanced my problem solving skills, how to work out back up contingency plans, etc - I enjoy the fast paced environment. - the challenging part is working with people who do not co operate.

Pros: professional company, good work environment
Cons: growth is problem

Learning Experience

- High pressured job - coworkers are friendly - management is a bit hard headed - nothing enjoyable - dealing with people - insensitive managers - extra responsibilities dumped on you constantly - a lot of ad hoc tasks from different senior managers

Cons: cold environment, unfriendly people, need connections, etc

First Work Experiance

Working in the RCL Foods Payroll as my first professional working experience was enlightening. Being exposed to monthly procedures in ensuring employees get paid in time, correct data has been captured and understanding RCL Foods as a holistic -perspective is what I have gained with my time here. However, the payroll department does not allow room for an individual to grow and climb the ranks. The positions set in place are fixed and people with vast years of experience has secured their positions leaving very little room for a new entrant to grow.

Pros: Good work environment, friendly staff, flexible working hours
Cons: No room for growth

Excellent working relationship with colleagues that contribute to achieving our goals and objectives Tough environment with numerous unexpected daily challenges Learnt to manage Artisans with minimal Supervision as there are no Artisan Supervisor positions within Engineering Structure

RCL Foods is a highly unionized organization and therefore I have been exposed to high level of negotiation and Industrial/Employee Relations matters. I managed to develop healthy relationship with colleagues, management, shop stewards and customers Since I joined RCL Foods in 2007, I have learnt to be firm, accountable and also acquired leadership and presentation skills. I enjoy interacting with people and assisting them. I enjoy working with friendly, flexible colleagues, I enjoy working on SAP HR/Payroll system. Most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with uneducated old employees who sometimes refuse to accept changes in the organization.

Good exposure

Is a big company in which i learn more of the thing.

I work shift hours ,9 hours a day and 45 hours a week. am a people person in which makes me friendly and kind to any one around me.Ive learn to focus a lot on my job than socializing during working hours. I mostly enjoy ending my shift without having complain from production. The most challenging is when we experience breakdown.

Pros: is a production company in which you learning more everyday
Cons: only if we have extra stock to produce

Lerning curve

I work as a q.a monitor to keep the quality of the product we manufacture at a certain standard of quality and keep the area we work in clean and carryout certain supervisor tasks my work with my co workers is good,I learned a lot with this job like I can now work as a supervisor, I enjoy when I do my job to the highest degree and my superior gives me props for doig the job, the challenges are lot of overtime and the pressure we get when there are many truck loads to despatch and we don't have enough product
