An excellent learning curve
An excellent company to work for. I have learned a lot and grown within the industry. The people are a pleasure to work with. There are many challenges with constant change but this is what has made me grow as a Credit supervisor. The ability to adapt to and accept change has made me stronger in my field.

EXCELLENT learning curve
I am a hard worker and I am proud of my job,I enjoy working with other people sharing my dkills and learning from them, Even though collecting money is not easy, I make good relationships with my customers so that they can pay in time.

Transforming company
Company is small and trying to transform from running like a family business into a creal corporate. Not much diverse and trying tp adopt latest effective ways of surviving in the market.

New challenges every day
RCL Foods Limited This is a very nice place to work at. My typical work day start at 8 o clock and ends at 16:30. I receive stock and receipt them, I do daily filing and emailing. I also do daily and weekly timesheets (Clockings), I issue PPE ( personal protective equipment ) to staff as they require them. I have a standard relationship with all my co-workers. I have learned so must here enabling me to act in 3 different positions for the past year. the most challenging aspect in my job is time management.
Pros: Being able to act in any position as long as it does not affect my current position

I manage a staff of 28 people and orders an equipment and manage the budget.
In the company that I work I am an assistant farm manager in a poultry farming , I manage a staff of 28 people and 14 poultry houses and 89000 birds including cockerels and I have to beat the budget and achieve all the aspects as a appraisal.
Pros: I want to see myself as production manager one day
Cons: Some time I work more than 12 hours

Good learning curve
The typical day work is doing preventative maintenance and repair breakdowns. Working on projects. My relationship with colleagues are good. I like working in a team. What I learned most is to stay calm during breakdowns even if we can't stand to long. The most challenging aspects of the job is to not take long on any breakdown.

Quick Learning Curve. Great exposure to the full business.
RCL Foods Culture of Seeing and Doing things differently. Massive opportunities to grow. Intense work hours. Proactively learning and understanding the food business value chain, from farm to fork and all facets in between. I find taking on project outside my comfort zone exciting, Cost saving process lead in the Baking Business to name few.

It's a repetition of what i basically did at my previous job.
A typical day at work involves capturing invoices and credit notes from our bakery at Nelspruit. I liaise with different personnel there based on the suppliers that they deal with. My relationship with my coworkers is a professional one. I try not meddle in people's personal affairs. Our main purpose is to achieve our objectives and meet them in the best effective and efficient manner possible. I have learnt to be very patient. Suppliers can be very rude and difficult at times. the trick is to be patient, listen to them and generate solutions to make sure that they happy again and continue supplying their services to us. I enjoy the flexibility, i can choose what time to get in and what time to leave, as long as i have worked my 8 hours and i have achieved my objectives for the day.
Pros: closer to home.
Cons: No promotion structure.
