To be a Senior Manager
To Whom it may concern I'm the High Risk Assembly Process leader of a Speciality plant in Worcester for Woolworths. My day today task is to oversee that process runs as per specification as required oversee,coordinate planning,in short what is required by a manager.I completed Project Production Operations Management at Unisa with a destingtion to move a Senior position.For five years I work at RCL Foods Rainbow chicken plant as a acting Process Leader and manage four different departments after five years I was promoted as Process Leader for Speciality.My biggest challenge was when I join Speciality I didn't know anything about the baking industry as we need to start up a new plant from start this was the biggest learning curve for me to move from chicken processing to baking in my first year I learned a lot and have grown in the business. Now I reach my peack and looking for a more crater challenge. I hope I can add value to your company,look forward to work with you. Regards Dudley Nieuwenhuys

Is to learn more than what i know in excel
my co-workers will describe me as a punctual , hard-working and trustworthy person. I'm trustworthy because few colleagues has confide in me with their deep secrets and I have kept their secret confidential and I'm proud to say I have never broken trust with my colleagues. In creditors clerk position I haven't learned to use excel it helps me to reconcile faster on big accounts , so it saves time. what I enjoy the most in my position is resolving queries on time because it keeps a good relationship with the suppliers .
Pros: Is to be creditors controller that is my short term goal
Cons: I can work extra hours when needed

Jack of all trade exposure and people management and development
Besides meeting the requirements listed, I am very passionate about my field of study and have being in the business of logistics since 2010, where I was exposed to leadership roles at a very young age, before logistics was so popular for young females. I am a strong character with strong leadership skills and IR skills. I am smart and believe in working smart for better results.

Being in a group of people with different cultures,I learned how to faces difficulties
Biosecurity measures some of the visitors don't want to follows ,and isease breakout most challenge. Different between staffs and sick leave abuse during December holidays.vaccination and medication ,light program and feed program ,feed ordering

Diversity is a mother of success
I'm currently looking for a chance to work in the field I love and studies for which is plant production. I've enjoyed working with my previous employer in the poultry industry and proved to myself that I have whatever it takes to be able to successfully work in different agricultrual sectors. I've learned so much in my 5 years with Rclfoods regarding production as well as employee relations. I feel I'm more than equipped to work in the plant production industry as I have great foundation and understanding of production, I'm also in a position to learn more in the industry and grow both personally and professionally. I look forward to be a contributing member of the team, all I ask for is a chance.

New challenges every day
RCL Foods Limited This is a very nice place to work at. My typical work day start at 8 o clock and ends at 16:30. I receive stock and receipt them, I do daily filing and emailing. I also do daily and weekly timesheets (Clockings), I issue PPE ( personal protective equipment ) to staff as they require them. I have a standard relationship with all my co-workers. I have learned so must here enabling me to act in 3 different positions for the past year. the most challenging aspect in my job is time management.
Pros: Being able to act in any position as long as it does not affect my current position

Transforming company
Company is small and trying to transform from running like a family business into a creal corporate. Not much diverse and trying tp adopt latest effective ways of surviving in the market.
