Excellent place to start a career

Not much room for creativity as the defense mainly focused on discipline and chain of command. The majority of senior people in the defense are not open to IT developments due to a high level of paranoia Ito security systems being hacked.

Pros: Highly disciplined environment

Excellent learning curve

I prefer working harder in the mornings because the mind is still fresh and more active than in the afternoons,I love people and learning new things from different individuals but I try to stay away from office politics as they can be very toxic. I have learned that each and every input fron the individual is important,either make use of it now or in the future And I love working with active competent people

Lack of development

Very sensitive, mind sharpening, mind development, physically exhausting, mind instilling, complicated, lack of development , strenuous, inconsiderate executive decision making

Pros: No opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

Work is overwhelming Different types of people is a good a thing learnt a lot of skills, from Transport scheduling to Payable Accounts Clerical Skills
