Stepping stone

It has been realy great working experience, it's just that doing the same thing every day tends to become less challenging and that leads to one feeling less productive and positive. The work was supposed to be a stepping stone for my future but, there has not been a lot of growth.

Pros: The pros are that you get to explore a lot about yourself through the experiences that we go through
Cons: Normal working hours from 8- to 4

With team work we achieve all our objectives, I have the will to learn.

kiPresentation of training on daily basis, different modules from weapkns to working in height s abselling parachuting, rappelling bush craft and jungle crat, maintainace of personal equipment and leadership training, as an instructor you must bave a close co-working relation ship with youe learners and also co-workers theymust have trust in you and alao yiu must trust them as this forms part of team wirk wjich will enable you to work and achieve your goals or objectives as a team facing all odds fearlessly. The challenging part of our job is to do the things thag other people deem that they are impossible.

Pros: Promotion takes time due to number of employees
Cons: Mostly working in harsh conditions for instance bad weather and dangerous weapons whereby safety is an important aspect at all times.

Excellent learning curve

Working with different people from different walks of life has helped me to learn other cultures and languages and also create that relationship of brotherhood.Now i can plan , budget and also supervise my subordinate.Most important is to make sure that the company is progressive.

Pros: It very diverse and accomodating
Cons: Deployed within the border for months away from family.

Excellent learning curve

My daily tasks were to do crime analysis, consolidate crime statistics, assist Management with planning crime prevention activities, investigation and monitor crime administration system and criminal profiling . I have a strong working relationship with my colleagues and Management

Discipline military personnel, doing outmost good work as a transport officer

Managing transport , allocation of vehicles per section and also including services and repair. Very wonderful to work with Discipline and good leadership, switching from one job to another When areaoo we were in contact with opponent rebels during deployment

Challenging

Our day starts with a morning parade 7am then proceed with the work of the day, I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned a lot being in the army, discipline is at heart of the organization and punctuality
