Good learning curve environment
Good environment to learn and explore but mostly is to serve the sa as a whole . Is an exploration of the true reflection of how you can cope and also lead you as a professional to achieve more and push you to the limit . Enjoying environment to work at thank you

Excellent learning curve
Working in my company has been such a great learning curve, the diversity in the environment has helped me to deal with people from different backgrounds, i have acquired an excellent experience in the HR environment, possessing employees salaries and managing their personal files as well as their leave administration. The problem i have encountered is that, for the past 3 years i have been doing same thing every day, i feelnlike my career is stagnant. I need to work at a different environment. Experience new challenges and overcoming them gives me grest satisfaction.

ODETDP FACILITATOR, ASSESSOR AND MODERATOR
I am Makgale Johannes Motaung currently working as an Part time facilitator and assessor under the department of Defence. i enjoy working with a large number of people especially with new projects. This help me to grow mentally and vocabulary and help me to make informed decisions on my daily task. During my years of employment i have learned that better communication, transparency and consistency are the key drive to ones success.

Excellent learning curve, got to grow a s a person mentally but not in terms of promotion.
I had it rough because I’m operational. I was always away from home in a bush somewhere. I had to run a clinic in a remote area where it’s difficult to replenish. My day would start at 4 am when people do physical training and end around 11 when there’s night exercises. These operations are with different people and I can now get along with a person within 2 hours of meeting them. I’ve learnt to work under pressure, learnt how to deal with hundreds of people alone and how to work as a team to achieve great results. One thing that makes me want to leave is that I need a 9-5 job so I can have a relationship with my son otherwise besides that, I really love my job
Pros: I got to learn a lot of ways to survive, with almost nothing.
Cons: No opportunities for promotion at all and Because I am operational, I’m hardly at home. I’m always in a bush somewhere around SA, where there’s an exercise, operation or dangerous course

Promote a learning culture
1. Training officer in the Hr. My job include making sure people are nominated on courses, facilitation of learning (computer and procurement) Development of members. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues. I have learned that Development is an intergral part if the organisation. It also assist with moral boosting. Not being able to develop each person at the same time.

Challenging as one deals with limited budget and man power. Innovation and flexibility is required.
I have chosen to terminate service and follow a maritime path within the private sector. In combining my maritime skillset, with my Business Degree, as well as management skills, the natural progression was towards marine environment, specifically with a maritime training/facilitation bias. I am an innovative thinker and accustomed to the rigors of working under pressure.

The Baby had allowed me to gain skills and experience while traveling the world. I am an Ensign which entails having undergone vigorous training in managerial skills amongst other essential skills for a leadership role.

Excellent learning curve
always busy at work by doing clandestine.My relationship with co worker is priceless cause they are like my family we respect one another and share secrets as well as trust because we always cover ones back in times of need.I have learnt that military is not just a job but a way of lefe and its a calling to work in the military and if you are ill discipline you wont make it in the militaryI enjoy the way we conduct our operations is absolutely it gives you adrenaline and goose bumps but exciting as well.Challenge about my job is being far from home for a long period of time due to work constraints operations,physical training to maintain stamina
