A good learning curve
It is not a bad company to work at. Just that it has a lot of unnecessary politics. It is a company filled with talent and driven individuals who are eager to take the company to greater heights. Majority of the employees are well experienced with the products of the company, transfer of skills to the juniors is lacking.

Excellent learning curve
love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. I work full-time on a flexible schedule, both in and out-of-office, and my boss trusts me to produce high-quality work and results. I work hard to maintain that level of trust, which keeps me engaged and excited — but at the same time, I love that my job enables me to love and enjoy my other passions in life.

work under pressure I get along with colleagues client service deal with difficult Accounts fast learner learn about to deal with a difficult taxpayer or tax practitioner the important is the end of the day the taxpractioners or tax payer is happy and the problem is done and resolved

Life at SARS
SARS is great company to work for, however my contract is ending at the end of October 2019 hence I am search for new opportunities. Having said that, I would like to put on records that I shall forever be grateful and indebted to this organisation for giving me an opportunity to grow in my legal profession.

The ability to apply knowledge and learn new things
Learning to work in a very big and fast paced environment, ability to grow and allowing me to think of more easy and quick ways to assist users. Learning the importance of being part of a team and ability to engage well with colleagues and build good relationship with colleagues and users. The excitement of new challenges and been given a chance to come up with solutions and suggestions. The zeal of finding new ways of doing things. The openness to new ideas that the organization has is overwhelming
