Excellent learning curve

I am a 44 year old male hard working and very cooperative. My daily work include coordination of stakeholders i.e internal and external. I enjoy team work and perform better when in team spirit. Challenges in my work is when stakeholders especially external do not meet deadlines.

work under pressure I get along with colleagues client service deal with difficult Accounts fast learner learn about to deal with a difficult taxpayer or tax practitioner the important is the end of the day the taxpractioners or tax payer is happy and the problem is done and resolved

Warm welcoming environment

I have gained a lot of experience and my dream is to permanently work for SARS. Environment is very welcoming and employees are good to work with. I mostly like the drives and motivation the management provide to the stuff.

Appreciate the experience gathered

Ii enjoyed working here enjoyed having worked with great managers and team members, I really grew so much in many aspects from technical to communication. I was able to manage some of the new graduates

Customer Service orientated

uld like to be considered a good candidate for this position. I have worked as a Data support agent at Vodacom assisting customers with their Internet issues, have worked for Telkom as a Team Leader in the Back Office where we used to sell and capture Telkom line and ADSL orders and process them. I have also been employed by the Electronic Toll Collections (E-Toll) as the Supervisor where we were processing customer invoices for the road users that are not paying their toll fees. I have worked with customers and agents in most of my previous positions and I am available to start immediately. Coaching agents, being the support system to them and team motivating. I am currently working at SARS as a contact centre agent and I am also second in command to the Team Leader. I have a vast knowledge of Microsoft products, internet and email. I work very well as part of a team and individually.

Good

Working for my current organization allows me to build strong working relations . It further allows me to plan my day well and be able to contribute meaningfully to the business units that Nam responsible for. I have learnt to be able to work closely with the unions and this as a change of mindset coming from the private sector. I enjoy flexibility that my company provides and the support they give for me to be able to pursue my studies

Excellence learning curve

doing day to day operations. i have excellent relationship with my co worker ....being a manager not everyone will like you  To prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and accurate reports.  Learn and effectively use all acquired skills and knowledge.  To work as needed during non-business hours.  Ability to work under pressure.
