Typical Day in an Work Place.
The time I was employed at SARS was quite an interesting experience. I have learner so much which has helped me grow within the company and as and individual.People at the work place always were so helpful and friendly so you felt right at home and you were treated not only as an employer , but as family. There was always challenges, but that is where we learn and that makes us grow in a workplace , so I am always up for those curve balls being thrown my way.i have an excellent work relationship with my co workers for I am an team player and a people's person's . A typical work day for me is to work hard try and be better in what you doing enjoy what you doing and most of all don't take advise as negatively but learn through it, and if you not tired by the end of the day then surely you didn't work hard enough.

I am able to adapt and perform in a short space of time
I am always ready to learn new skills, with every incident I always take initiative and first attempt by myself before reaching out to the specialist. I am always available to assist team members and have learnt that there's always something new in the industry therefore one has always got to keep reading on the modules. I love support packs as that always brings inappropriate challenge and merges my love for accounting/tax with the my support role in SAP.

Customer Service orientated
uld like to be considered a good candidate for this position. I have worked as a Data support agent at Vodacom assisting customers with their Internet issues, have worked for Telkom as a Team Leader in the Back Office where we used to sell and capture Telkom line and ADSL orders and process them. I have also been employed by the Electronic Toll Collections (E-Toll) as the Supervisor where we were processing customer invoices for the road users that are not paying their toll fees. I have worked with customers and agents in most of my previous positions and I am available to start immediately. Coaching agents, being the support system to them and team motivating. I am currently working at SARS as a contact centre agent and I am also second in command to the Team Leader. I have a vast knowledge of Microsoft products, internet and email. I work very well as part of a team and individually.

Driven by growth
Good relationship with the co workers, assist each other when there need raises. The most important lesson is that working independent is beneficial because you finish the work quickly and even more when working as a team.
