Typical work day is like working under pressure to meet time frame especially skills development submission to SETA'S. Relationship with co workers is more open and easy to approach and discuss issues even after working hours I have learnt that you a person before the position . The position and the level of the position does not define me because it can change anytime I enjoy the pressure that comes with the job because it keeps me busy The most challenging aspects of the job is to deal with organised labour especially skills development

doing day to day operations. i have excellent relationship with my co worker ....being a manager not everyone will like you To prepare clear, concise, comprehensive and accurate reports. Learn and effectively use all acquired skills and knowledge. To work as needed during non-business hours. Ability to work under pressure.

It is good working condition where you work as team with different people, were diversity is practice.I have learn to work under pressure without any supervision and be able to take decision on my own.the difficulty that I face is work far from home and late hours.

Excellent learning environment on tax
Rtyu55yyhgday is yIt is a Service Centre environment, each day you learn something new as new policies are being updated on tax changes. I constantly give technical support to my co-workers and provide coaching when needed. Through different roles at SARS, I have learnt to enhance my tax knowledge. I have gained extensive knowledge of different types of taxes. I enjoy upskilling the team members by guiding them, keeping them up-to-date with new standard operating procedures. I also enjoy dealing with complex queries as they challenge you to keep aligned with policies and legislation. One of the most challenging aspects of the job will be dealing with different kind of clients e.g difficult clients, emotional clients etc however at the end of the day you have to be capable of handling all of them. Dealing with calculations, declarations, assessments as per standard operating procedures
