Being a team-player

SARS is a good company to work for, flexible working hours and an amazing benefits but no growth for an individual that seeks knowledge and growth. That is a huge challenge for in individual like us as we get monotonous being I try same position with no progress.

Work times are not monitored, no opportunities for growthThere is no rotation, you are in one position for too long. Co workers are hungry for positions they can do anthing to get to the top. The salaries do not measure to your qualifications. No fairness.

Excellent company to work for
learnt alot at sars, management was friends and always keen to help. staff was valued, team buildings were awesome. Lots of training given with a result gained lots of knowledge

It's a very demanding job as it is the one that deals with the fiscal of the state
