I am ambitious, goal orientated and an enthusiastic person. I am a young, vibrant person and have a solid work ethic and desire to learn and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff. My goal is to grow with the company from this young age and to learn as much as possible from it. I am a great team player as well as an independent performer, which has the ability to adapt.

Very good experience
I have 11 years electrical experience providing technical support to plant electrical departments; I am a Senior Electrical Technician My responsibilities include Maintenance, Testing, Fault finding on Plant equipment not performing to OEM specification , Investigations, Shutdown planning and coordination, single and multi-disciple project management, and Asset Management to improve plant availability, stability and reliability. I am a disciplined, self-motivated and devoted individual who rejoice in the engineering field and always strive for excellence and positive results in my job. I believe that I have necessary qualifications and experience to successfully fulfill your requirements. I am confident that my current skills and knowledge that I have acquired in my current and previous positions will provide me with the capability to successfully perform this job in your organization.

Iam a hard working person who is dedicated to learn and prosper in my working environment.
SASOL is one of the best cooperate industry in petrochemical,we work 40hrs per week fro 07H00 to 16H00 afternoon then on fridays we knockoff at 13H00,we only work over the weekend if there is need for job and company comply 100% with conditions of laboure relations act,co-workers are very much outstanding as we are each brothers keepers meaning we are looking for each other interms of safety and helping each other work wise.I learnt to be hard working employee,tolerance,respect,panctuality,clean and to participate in all activities that prevails within our work area,i completetly enjoy being part of skilled employee becouse i learned from the best.The most challenging aspects of the job was to be precise,careful,knowlegable and accurate in what you are excuting as we dominantly work with Pressure Safety Valve(PSV,TSVs)in our daily bases.
Pros: Advantages of working in SASOL are,it complies with rules of laboure relations act and it offers unlimited medical aid cover and lastly its job i guranteed for long(permanant)
Cons: Disadvantages of working in this company are ,we work with a very dangarous chemicals,etc Nitrogen,Tar,Acid and other dangerous gases

Continuous learning and improvement
-Over 15 year’s professional experience in project controls and solid background in financial management and control. Specialist level experience within various sectors (Oil & Gas, Engineering, Offshore and Onshore Drilling projects, Energy, Rail infrastructure, rolling stock manufacturing, Construction, Petrochemical, and Government). Being involved in various projects in various streams i.e. upstream, midstream & downstream mainly small to mega sized projects from Inception, front end loading (FEL), construction/execution and close out and implementation phases of large scale projects using various multi-currency reporting, complex infrastructure and capital projects. I have been involved in projects for the past 10 years such as Gas to Liquids (GTL)/Coal to liquids (CTL) projects, Rail and Roads infrastructure, Trains manufacturing, Construction of houses and other Facilities, pipelines, R&D, Studies , Plant upgrade including maintenance, Oil & Gas drilling land and on sea wells drilling.

Stakeholder engagement e.g I engage with the stakeholders such as employees and communities on a regular basis I share information through various tools and channels of communications e.g I update the intranet page I have learnt that I have to be visible to stakeholders and have timeframe to handle issues, and report back to management:Issues management

Great Exposure to the HR Operations of a Petrochemical and Mining Industry
I worked in the HR Operations ,my daily duties involved recruitment processes,arranging Disciplinary enquiries representing HR ensuring the process is fair and procedural,giving advice and guidlines etc. What is more challenging about the role is unexpected strike in our site . This requires immediate interventions we have to ensure these people are removed of the sites before they even influence other service providers. The workplace environment is very calming for someone new they are willing to share experience and knowledge they've gaine over the years. I enjoy building relationships with clients and resolving their issues. Challenges we face is industrial Action ,it requires immediate action and intervention.
Pros: Study Aid is paid by the Organisation if you wish to further your studies
Cons: Shift or day to day duties are affected by industrial actions and requires you to stop whatever you are doing and attend the strikes

Frustrating
Good relationship with my co-workers, I learn a learning management systems and SAP LSO. the current job does not challenge me at all, since I was operating at high standard from my previous jobs.
