I was working in the retail company. A company full of challenges and everyday was a different day in terms of different customers we had competitive store. We had a good close relationship with my fellow employees and united working as a team. And I learn to have get product knowledge almost everyday. Learning of to run different department or section at once. The most challenging part is whereby you find that the store blew shrinkage or running short and you as a manager must start doing investigation on what causes the store run on shrinkage after stock take. I enjoy learning new things things everyday in terms of product knowledge.
Pros: great opportunity to grow your career.
Cons: alarm call out during night.

Learning path
Experienced a lot in terms of collection. Telephone etiquette, strong communication, legal procedures in terms of credit act. Great opportunity in terms off growing and leaning different things under collections ; espect on each individual.

Dear Sir/ Madam I am sure that I would prove to be an asset to your company, having a wealth of experience, gained through twenty years of secretarial and administrative work (and logistic admin clerk work as well as on projects), much of which is in the P.A. /Secretarial line. I gained invaluable exposure as a P.A. to the highest executive level at the King Faisal Hospital in Saudi Arabia and also supervised staff members in the Environmental Services Department. I enjoyed the experience of working in the Middle East but prefer a less rigid environment than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am able to get on with a variety of people at different levels and across cultural and religious barriers in addition to being honest and loyal.

The department at work are open to learn from it
The day to day work make yourseft challenging in Mandel and physically. Putting the stock in the sheft are well in night because customers are not buy and walking closing the shefts but daily customers are busy buy and companys who they stock are in the shop hired they own employees.All department in the shop have own manager including back and front have managers
Pros: The promotion are not that easy to take.
Cons: The overtimes not paid unless you agreed with managers

I was enjoying my work and staff was respecting as their manager. but THEN WHEN IT COMES TO BRANCH MANAGER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ME AND HER WAS VERY BAD. she WAS TAKING DECISIONS ON HER OWN WITHOUT TALKING TO ME

Fast learner
Working at Shoprite is a great thing, because you learn everyday, I am a cash office clerk, doing all the necessary banking including investigating short and overs of the company, team work it's part of my job because we work shifts when I go on lunch I must communicate with my co workers of what I have done and not. I can do all administrative stuff, finance, switchboard, at the same time we survey even cameras at the same time. I find challenges when I have to investigate the shortage of the past 6 months, definitely.

Challenges in the company shoprite.
It has been a great experience, I enjoy every moment with my team work.what I enjoy mostly is to work as a team to share different views.I had lots of challenges but I have managed to overcome all those challenges .

Excellent learning curve
At Shoprite it was constantly busy always slot of work to do such as packing out of stock , rotation of stock and off loading of the stock off the goods truck my relationship with my co-workers was good but there we're moment when they just get under a person's skin but I could still count on them I have picked up leadership skills and how to work under pressure and how to create my own presentation layouts and making flashers. What I enjoy the most about working at Shoprite was that being with my friends at Shoprite , The most challenging part of working by Shoprite was working in Holidays and end of the month when there was all of stock coming in that same day.

Excellent candidate who can go extra miles to achieve
I'm looking for a company that I grow within in terms of knowledge and experience. I'm a kind of person who like learning new things, I don't like doing one thing over and over but unfortunately most of jobs you have to stick in one thing. I can work in a team well and also on my own.

I am well experienced personal who have worked in wide field.
In my current employment where I am employed as a Trainee Manager due to having to joined the in the previous year, I deal customers on daily basis and selling them a variety of products. I can serve custmers with curtesy and even make them buy. pleasing customer is what I have learned in all my caree.
Pros: I am hard worker who never quits, meeting target and deadlines are my strong points.
Cons: I can work long hours.
