Non-food general assistant
It's hard working there because I work night shift but earn. Less than 200r per night and it's 10 hours a night, sumtyms we are tried like slaves, I've been working there for 3years but still working under contract

Good hard worker
I'm a hard worker and I am willing to work only at Johannesburg or north west I will be really appreciative if I can get the job of my qualification Please take me for the opportunity I beg every kind of job I'm a christian also a saved child of God so I'm willing to work from Monday to Friday no public holidays to be work that my request I beg you to check that kind of job for me please

my name is mishumo silas muofhe i have matri grade 12 and i have drivers license code 10 also i have experience of picker i was work at shoprite warehouse centurion for one years i am a hardworker righ t now im not working if you me immiditely i can come .
Pros: it depending on my perfomance at work and how i behave at work like no upsent at work coming to work by time so that i can get promotion as like me i started as general worker after that i move to picker
Cons: i was working six to six four days in and fourdays off

Good staff empowering
-Long working hours with small salary -Bad management -learned customer communication skills -the ratings were low -on busy days like month end the management shouts at us -very friendly co-workers

Hard worker
I do manage pressure..and good in team working skills and fast and active ,we daily do merchandising the whole shop.and stock movement, i learned to treat customer in a good maner and politely with respect ,i enjoy doing gap scan and stock report at sales

Good management skills
on day to day basis inspection is to be done of which helps you plan for your day on what you will be doing and how ypou will achieve your drafted plans fro the located mistakes you have witnessed.my employees do follow my lead in what i do want and what i dont want as they are also dedicated in their work and achieving the target of the day,this has made me realis that it is not only your salary that matters but how you also view yourself in the overall work rate and achievment the you have made in this work placement.the challenges i face on a day day basis is that of generating salaries to all staff members of which you also know that they will come with their complains of the money shortages that they had recieved while they also forget of the absentism they have made through the month

Excellent learning curve
Working at my company its very challenging dealing with different people with different attitude and moods ,because i was trained to work with people that makes it easy.My relation with other workers is very good becouse am an open spirit i sociolize with everyone .At make work learnt so many things becouse when i was hired i had no experience i learnt some of the derpartments while i was workin.The most challenging aspect at shoprite as a cashier is that you are being insulted buy costumers when its a monthed and the pin pads are not working some things that are on special they do not find in the shelves and wanting cash back not knowing that when a cusomer buys with card we not have the money coming in the till only when she or he is using money
