I gained skills and experience on customer service

The company was very good and I was very impressed with the quality of the products and the price. I gained a great experience and my co-workers were very helpful especially when I was still new, I learnt a lot about communications between costumers and workers I improved my skills and the ability to work with people. I enjoyed learning more about retail and the opportunity around it. The challenging aspect was the working hours and salary, it was a small salary and couldn't cover my costs.

I a m willing to learn new skills and knowledge

I livhuwani Musekene I am working at ShopRite from the past four years from general work . Cashier. Receiving assistant and us well us now i am perishable controller . I am controlling all perishable at the stock room and refrigerate. I am using ( FIFO LILO) principal . the principal make me to control all stock ( eg ) over stockings , out of stock and Product that shorted date to be selling.

Pros: I love challenges . And I am working hard if there is any promotion you can promote me if is possible
Cons: I work more than 8 hrs per day

Learned how to manage and controll as well as supervising

Hard and fast retail firm pushing people to work and making sure goals gets done in time good communication with staff working and learning as you go and enjoy most to go to work and have new challanges and tasks to do

Offering good customer service

Shoprite offers good customer service because they are taking care of their customers. Shoprite make it a point to ensure that everyone customer is satisfied with their products. Staff from shoprite work very hard in order to provide the best to customers even although we working less hours, but we make sure that we provide good customer service.

Im willing to work with other employees with love n patient.

Im willing to work at immediate time and tolerate other people s conditions. Giving is not my wish at work p.. other employees will be treated with love n honestgirthats how i am.

At at shoprite I was like to work with the the staff because they were so sweet to me they teach many things in the shop and we were a good team wrk and what I'd like tis that they give you change to try what you was difficult to do

Good customer service for customers

It was nice working with them but now I made up my mind that I must look for other job that would lead me to my career.There I was working at perishables:Frozen stuff both cooler and freezer.Iam still a student but I took that opportunity as learnership since that time I had no money for fees.Ofcourse in that company I had a great time with my colleagues,staff etc
