I joined SITA(State Information Technology Agency)
Hi, I started my career with SA Air Force as a HR practitioner. All functions in the Human Resource division were handled. Started with INFOPLAN in 1994 as Functional Application Support. I have supported the PERSOL system of the Department of Defence. In Jul 2000 I joined SITA(State Information Technology Agency) I work there as Business Analyst and functional Application Support from 2000 until 2018. I am willing to relocate to any place in South Africa.

Has the freedom to apply own initiative and technology to reach self set milestones.
The SAPS IT Network environment is large and dynamic. Due to this, every day I realize how much opportunities arise to integrate the available information in such a way that the dynamics can be measured and control. No micro management and ever changing business processes creates the opportunities to be creative and proactive on a continuous basis.

Great work environment
I enjoy working with different people what i love most about my job is that it gives me an opportunity to interact with different people. i have a great relationship with my manager and team members,

They do offer training and bursaries for employees
i,m experienced LAN support technician currently i,m computer operator duties printing, customer services, admin, and i,m doing server backups we work as team with my colleagues we are only men our working environment is very good what is challenging about our job is that i,m working on weekend and we are working shift sometimes at night

Excellent learning curve
In terms of business development and processes. The challenges are mainly the mistrust among employees. The micro management system, delays delivery of solutions. Management holding back progress of employees. No career path process in place. Employees are constantly demoralized by lack of leadership. No succession plans are in place, HR policies do not support employees growth within the company. The overall good thing is the challenging environment pushes an employee to perform at her peak and learn as much as possible. To successfully move out. Hence it is classified as a good environment to prosper, in terms of furthering your studies and channel yourself.

Hard working
We are having a flexible working hours.eg working from Monday to Friday. Humble and very well in communicating .I've learnt that no hard feelings when it comes to work and no friendship is required. What I have enjoyed the most is team work because we get to know each other outside work.

A very vibrant workplace
HA typical workday starts at 8am. We have a matrix type organizational structure and that makes it very cordial with each other. Over the past 15 y ears I have learnt so much that it would be unfair to even try to describe it here, short of saying that keeping abreast of technical and business environments has keep my interest and passion on the bleeding edge of this industry. I enjoy a challenge and the aspects of my job I enjoy is the soft skill I use to complete projects done on Time and on Budget.
Pros: The best place to learn and grow.
Cons: Working on inspiring projects which is good, but time consuming.
